鬼は外 福は内
So today is 節分の日 and節分 comes from 2 words you know 季節.
季節 which means season and 分ける as in like divide.
節分 usually refers to dividing up the seasons, so I guess節分 is supposed to be celebrated on the day before the beginning of each season.
I think it means that spring is coming soon and I hope so because it’s really cold and I think it was snowing in Tokyo or something crazy like that, too.

…No snow here but it is it’s it’s freezing so hopefully…come on hurry up, spring.
I was reading about this strange holiday on Wikipedia and it basically says that this day you’re supposed to like throw beans so like you throw them outside or you throw them at a family member who’s wearing a demon mask.

(I’ll see you?) supposed to shout like 鬼は外 福は内 鬼は外 福は内 and I guess it's a little fun ritual that people do inside their homes in the private lives of Japanese people.
鬼は外 福は内 which is like the evil is out and the luck is in and I don’t know if it works and if you’re Japanese, let me know how (hard?? does? I? go??) for you.

I don’t mean…I’m not marking this tradition at all and I’m happy because I love the Sushi like…Does my fist…this is the role of Sushi.
While this seems like such a strange and foreign holiday, think of what the Japanese people might think when they come to Canada or America and hear about the Easter bunny and how the Easter bunny brings eggs to all the little children.
