This is a scouting map; thieves can see up to 10 squares ahead, while regular units can see up to 6 squares ahead.

The Illuminate (a staff that lights things up) allows you to see up to 6 squares ahead at a distance of half your magic power.
Illuminate (灯りを付ける杖）は魔力の半分の距離に松明をつけることができる（６マス先が見える）。
