The international regulations stipulate that the color arrangement of the navigation lights should be blue or green at the right wingtip from the cockpit perspective and red at the left wingtip from the cockpit perspective as well. The VF-1L was a variant built for long range interdiction and strike. It carried a pair of conformal reactions mass tanks with internal weapons bays capable of holding a total of six AAM-1 Arrow missiles or six conventional bombs. This allowed the VF-1L to cruise at high altitude at near its maximum speed of Mach 3.87, allowing it to reach any target in the world within hours. (Normally, with external weapons carriage, the VF-1 could not attain these high speeds for extended periods of time.) VF-1L (non-transformable type)
After the end of the First Interstellar War, the new Joint Force, which was in a hurry to rebuild its forces, decided to produce the VF-1, a pure space fighter without complex variable mechanisms.
About 40 of these aircraft are being deployed to air units on the ground and in satellite orbit at the L5 station and bases on the moon, which were left alive after the end of the First Interstellar War.
The VF-1's most distinctive feature was abandoned in favor of a non-transformable version, which was derisively called the "Monkey Valkyrie" in the maintenance field, but by eliminating the variable mechanism, the VF-1 succeeded in significantly reducing its weight.
In addition, in space, the VF-1L was expected to have a large increase in propellant, which ironically improved its maneuverability compared to the standard VF-1 with its transformation mechanism.
The VF-1L was well received, especially by pilots who had experience flying combat aircraft and space planes in air battles.
Notably, the removal of the leg deformation mechanism allowed for the installation of a large conformal tank on the rear flank of the aircraft's fuselage, with a consistent design from the intakes to the end of the engine nacelles.
The conformal tank with bulge is completely fixed to the fuselage of the aircraft and assimilated as part of the airframe of this VF-1L, so it is not possible to jettison the conformal tank after propellant consumption.
Also, for reasons of production improvement, the VF-1L was rolled out without the laser cannon in the turret, which has sensors equivalent to the head in Battloid mode.
However, the VF-1L's lack of a laser cannon was not a major problem, as the standard VF-1 of this era was not yet able to actively use it in combat.
On the other hand, the VF-1L's inability to switch to Battloid or Guardian mode meant that it was at a disadvantage in ground security missions on planets to quell riots among full-sized Zentraedi soldiers, and in air battles against Zentraedi battle pods Regult and Glaug in space.

VF-1L (非変形型）
第一次星間大戦終結後、戦力の建て直しを急ぐ新生「統合軍」は、複雑な可変機構を持たない純粋な宇宙戦闘機仕様のVF-1を生産することを決定した。
第一次星間大戦終結後も生残していた衛星軌道上のＬ5ステーションや月面の拠点で約40機の機体を地上の航空部隊や衛星軌道上に配備している。
VF-1の最大の特徴を敢えて捨て非変形となった機体を、整備現場では“モンキーバルキリー”と揶揄（やゆ）した渾名で呼んだが、可変機構を排したことで大幅な軽量化に成功した。
加えて宇宙空間においてはプロペラントの大幅な増量が見込まれ、機動性は変形機構を有するスタンダードVF-1より向上するという皮肉な結果をVF-1Lは引き出した。
特にこれまでの航空戦の戦闘用航空機や宇宙航空機を操縦した経験を有するパイロットたちにはVF-1Lは好評をもって迎えられた。
特筆すべきは脚部の変形機構を削除したことで航空機の胴体の後方の側面にインテークからエンジンナセル終端まで一貫して繋がるデザインの大型のコンフォーマルタンクの装備が可能となった。
上記のバルジを有するコンフォーマルタンクは完全に航空機の胴体に固定され、このVF-1Lの機体の一部として同化しているので、推進剤の消費後にコンフォーマルタンクを投機することはできない。
また生産向上の事情により、Battloidモードの頭部に相当するセンサーを有するターレットのレーザー砲の装備はされずにロールアウトした。
しかしながらこの時代のスタンダードなVF-1は未だ積極的にレーザー砲を戦闘に利用出来なかったので、VF-1Lのこのレーザー砲の欠損は大きな問題とはならなかった。
一方でバトロイド・モードやガーディアンモードに移行できないことを理由として、宇宙戦闘機ジナールはともかく、フルサイズのZentraedi兵士らの暴動を鎮圧する惑星の地面上での治安維持任務、また宇宙空間におけるZentraediの Battle pod Regult や Glaugに敵対する航空戦ではVF-1Lが不利になる事態が頻発し、スタンダートVF-1が再度の大量生産に成功し、生産施設が復旧するにつれて、VF-1Lはやがて素の役目を果たし終えたとU.N. SPACY, U.N. Airforceの指導者たちは評価した。
VF-1Lはこうしてその役目を果たし終える。
その結果として QVF-1として無人ドローンとして改修され、その残数の大部分は標的機として破壊された。
VF-1L (非変形型）
第一次星間大戦終結後、戦力の建て直しを急ぐ新生「統合軍」は、複雑な可変機構を持たない純粋な宇宙戦闘機仕様のVF-1を生産することを決定した。
第一次星間大戦終結後も生残していた衛星軌道上のＬ5ステーションや月面の拠点で約40機の機体を地上の航空部隊や衛星軌道上に配備している。
VF-1の最大の特徴を敢えて捨て非変形となった機体を、整備現場では“モンキーバルキリー”と揶揄（やゆ）した渾名で呼んだが、可変機構を排したことで大幅な軽量化に成功した。
加えて宇宙空間においてはプロペラントの大幅な増量が見込まれ、機動性は変形機構を有するスタンダードVF-1より向上するという皮肉な結果をVF-1Lは引き出した。
特にこれまでの航空戦の戦闘用航空機や宇宙航空機を操縦した経験を有するパイロットたちにはVF-1Lは好評をもって迎えられた。
特筆すべきは脚部の変形機構を削除したことで航空機の胴体の後方の側面にインテークからエンジンナセル終端まで一貫して繋がるデザインの大型のコンフォーマルタンクの装備が可能となった。
上記のバルジを有するコンフォーマルタンクは完全に航空機の胴体に固定され、このVF-1Lの機体の一部として同化しているので、推進剤の消費後にコンフォーマルタンクを投機することはできない。
また生産向上の事情により、Battloidモードの頭部に相当するセンサーを有するターレットのレーザー砲の装備はされずにロールアウトした。
しかしながらこの時代のスタンダードなVF-1は未だ積極的にレーザー砲を戦闘に利用出来なかったので、VF-1Lのこのレーザー砲の欠損は大きな問題とはならなかった。

タイ王国はバンコクのチャオプラヤー川上空
タイ王国はバンコクを流れる『チャオプラヤー川』，その夕刻に上空を逆三角形の三機編隊て通過する 可変戦闘機 【固定翼形態】VFH-10E-1 Block-30『コローニス』（偵察・早期警戒型AEWオーロラン）です。
回転翼を持つ機体は、どうしても見上げる視点の煽り構図でないと、ローターが機体の胴体のみならず、背景の美しい写真合成を台無しにしてしまいます。
そのため、どうしても斜め45度の航空アートに適した構図だと固定翼形態を選ぶことになっております。
ちょっと残念ですが、ヘリコプターそのもののアートとの相性が元々良くないので、そこは了承して頂けたらと思います。

TSASシステム
〔「空間識失調／バーディゴー」予防装置〕
空間識失調 バーディゴーに気づかないうちの墜落に、触覚刺激（バイブレーション）が役立つという内容。パイロットに触覚刺激で方向を知らせるベスト
TSAS：Tactile Situational Awareness System 海軍研究所のTSASベスト・プロジェクト責任者、デビッド・ストリート少佐。
このベストは、正しいコースから外れるとパイロットに警告を発する、という形で機能する。
すなわち、機体が右に傾き始めればベストの右側が振動し、地面に向かって降下していれば下の部分が振動するのだ。
正しいコースから外れる度合いが大きくなると、発生する振動も強くなる。
コースが修正されると振動も止まる。航空機が予定通りのコースを維持していれば、ベストはまったく振動しない。

ダビンチ II 遠隔［機械手指］操作機構

- 可変戦闘機のバトロイドを操縦桿だけで操作するのは無理なので，微小外科手術に用いる内視鏡遠隔装置「ダビンチ」を応用し（原型の２指操作機能を５指操作機構へと拡大）『ダビンチ-II 遠隔［機械手指］操作機構』としました。

- なお、 Block 02 までは左右の操縦桿をバトロイドの手指の操作にも利用する機械手指操作のコンソールである「ダ・ビンチ II」の開発が間に合わない為、同機構は未だ装備されておらず、暫定的に従来型の操縦桿に対して「インテュイティブサージカル合同会社 - ダヴィンチ サージカル システム」のソソフトウェアのみを適用した『ダビンチ - I エレメント』を採用していました。

The disc worked fixed wing , but "no helicopter mode" because of the disc except for changing "normal roters / X-wing unit" on the home ground factory !

制式な日本語変換発音はラテン語の「シュプリーム・オーロラン」ですが、北米大陸出身者は自国の「米国式英語」の発音で単に「スーパー・オーロラン」と発音していたと聞きます。

非変形の陸戦用機
- ディフェンダーの部品を流用した非変形の現地改造
- デストロイド／ヴィッカース plc “ADR-04”系列
- 現地改造でごく短時間〔最大30m高度で最大90m距離を跳躍可能な一回あたり４秒から５秒の噴射を20回分。〕跳躍(飛行)により移動可能な対空自走砲、あるいは精密射撃自走砲として運用【非変形】。
- バトロイド形態で固定されている為、可能な限り "不要な変形機構を撤去" 、その軽量化分を重量級の強度を増した関節部品へと交換している。
- 中距離からの精密狙撃を前提としている為、装甲は改良された VFH-12 スーパー・オーロラン のものに交換されているが、高射自走砲としての運用が前提の為、陸戦用バトロイド よりは薄い。
- ディフェンダーのような弾倉を持たない為、弾数は両腕内の保持数〔片側あたり30発 ×２〕に制限され、狙撃を前提条件とする運用。
- レジスタンス活動家の施設の水準では、核融合炉心交換や、補機や各所の補強を必要とする出力強化型のエンジンへの積み替えは不可能である。ただし同一型のエンジンが入手出来れば、使用不能となったエンジンの交換は可能。

生産“ ブロックII ” 画像（2013年）
- 自身の「オーロラン」系列の専用機としては２代目になる 『 ブロックII AJACS 』 ベリテックの傍らに立つ 戦術宇宙機甲師団 の マリー・アンジェル・クリスタル小尉。
- 彼女、クリスタル少尉は、マスターズに対して抵抗を続けている地球統合軍の姿勢を体現する頑強な撃墜女王【Aces】の１人でした。
- 原画は アドビ フォトショップ CS4 による描画スケッチ、描線と着色です。

- VFH-12 『 スーパー・オーロラン 』ブロック II：VFH-10系において、ミサイル迎撃や照準用として使用されていた低出力の「E-19 コルト【COLT】レーザー砲 」は重量軽減と、“吊下重量強化箇所”〔ハードポイント〕倍増に伴う空力抵抗の補償の見地から廃止されたが、工場によっては生産ラインの混乱を避ける為にそのままとし、"現地部隊の判断に取り外しを任せた"生産機体もあった。
- また、吊下重量強化箇所〔ハードポイント〕は必要のないときは２基だけ懸吊架（けんちょうか、パイロン）を吊り下げる時もあったが、配線や主翼の強度補強はきちんと４箇所分の作業が行われている。
