Great believable cast, including Kevin Pollack, who plays a truly evil sinister role. The fact that it is based on true events, and was filmed at the very haunted building where the story took place, makes it even more creepy. Not sure you want the little kids to see this, at least not at night just before bed. But I'll be watching this again.

Theres an imnmate named Frank buried on the grounds. Events are replaying themselves there. Theyre imprinted. Frank dies under mysterious circumstances. The old man is the prison doc. Hes being questioned by authorities. I liked Frank. I wouldnt harm a hair on him he says. Steve doesnt catch it at the end. but thats a guard who has died and is still coming to work. He didnt die there, but hes trapped in his routine. He instructs the spirits of the boys talking to Steve, just walk away boy. Still Killer. Ill kill you. I hate you. Thats a warning from a violent inmate maybe even monroe himself that even though hes dead hes dangerous. Take it from a former Ione resident, 4th generation, that castle is evil.
