20131214: Cygwin - platex の時は、
以下の2パッケージを入れれば良かったんだけど、

• texlive-collection-latexextra
• texlive-collection-langcjk

本日時点だと、

• texlive-collection-latexextra
• texlive-collection-langjapanese

に変わってた。
apt-cyg を使ってるなら以下のようにすれば良い。

apt-cyg install texlive-collection-latexextra texlive-collection-langjapanese
