少なくとも linux-hwe-generic-trusty で linux-image-4.4.0-101-generic 入れてる状態だと標準で入ってる ixgbe ドライバーで勝手に動いた。

因みに、pci-e のコネクタから遠い方が 02:00.0 で、近い方が 02:00.1 だった。

玄人志向 GbEX-PCIE 挿したマシンに対して netperf かけてみたところ以下のような値が出た。
