1. 最大まで上昇させたいRCI需要に対応するファイルをMax Outフォルダから選ぶ。
2. 最大まで上昇させたくないRCI需要に対応するファイルをSuppressフォルダから選ぶ。
3. Max Outフォルダから選んだファイルの数に対応するファイルをTotalsから選ぶ。
4. 選んだファイルすべてをPluginsフォルダに入れる。

例: R$, R$$$, Cs$$, Cs$$$, Co$$$, I-R（農業）, I-HT（ハイテク）の需要を高めたい。
→Max OutフォルダからMax Out R$.dat, Max Out R$$$.dat, Max Out Cs$$.dat, Max Out Cs$$$.dat, Max Out Co$$$.dat, Max Out I-R$.dat
SuppressフォルダからMax Out R$$.dat, Max Out Cs$.dat, Max Out Co$$.dat, Suppress I-D.dat, Suppress I-M.dat
TotalsフォルダからTwo R Maxout.dat, Three C Maxout.dat, Two Cs Maxout.dat, One Cs Maxout.dat, Two I Maxout.dat
をそれぞれ選びPluginsフォルダに入れる。
