Oatmeal-Chocolatechip-Cookies
What you need: for 60-70 pieces
Butter, unsalted | 225g |
Sugar | 280g (a half brown sugar if available) |
Eggs | 2 |
Flour (All purpose or No.405) | 200g |
Baking Powder | 2 Teaspoon full |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Oatmeal | 280g |
Walnuts | 120g(roughly crushed) |
Almonds | 120g(sliced or crushed) |
Chocolate Chips | 100g |
How to make
1. | Soften butter in a larger bowl A in room temperature. |
2. | Prepare walnuts, almonds, oatmeal and chocolate chips together in a bowl B. |
3. | Shift together flour and baking powder into the bowl B, stir them well with a cooking spoon. |
4. | To the bowl A blend in sugar and mix with electric mixer, add eggs one at a time and beat well. |
5. | Pour the contents of the bowl B into the bowl A, bring the whole evenly together by mixing first with the mixer (low speed for a minute) then with the spoon. |
6. | Rest the bowl A in the refrigerator for an hour. |
7. | Form the cookie dough by using hands into slightly smaller than ping-pong balls. Do not squeeze or roll! Cookies should look rough and uneven. Place them over the baking sheet on a plate. |
8. | Bake in the 180℃ preheated oven for approx.15 minutes. When the top turns slightly brown, take out of the oven and cool. |
