• GABAの減少とSPSの重症度は相関しているかもしれない

• GABAが関わる抑制系神経伝達の減少には抗GAD抗体だけでなく抗GABARAP抗体が関わっている

GABAとGABAAレセプターの減少（抑制系神経伝達の減少）が、SPSの症状の重さと相関しているかもしれない。
けれども、特定の患者について症状の重さを診断するのに必要な、はっきりとしたデータや指標はない。

GABAの減少にGABARAPの減少が関わっているという文献には、GABARAPの減少と症状の進行に関連があるかもしれないと書いている。

ただ、下記のような文章がつづく。

"The GABARAP antibody titres were not studied serially to demonstrate if in a given patient the titres correlate with disease severity.The pathogenic target antigen in SPS remains still elusive."
