Microsoftの回答。意見は参考にしたい。Windows 11では、スタートメニューのボタンを右クリックして、タスクマネージャをすばやく開くことができる。CTRL + SHIFT + ESCを利用することもできる。

3. Windows 11のスタートメニューをアップデートして、ピン留めされたアプリをグループ/フォルダに入れる機能をサポートしてほしい
