Movies | ‘Dabangg 3’ Review: A Hero From the School of Knock ’em Hard In this Bollywood action flick, Salman Khan is a one-man wrecking crew. When not knocking heads, he dances. Credit... Yash Raj Films Dabangg 3 Directed by Prabhu Deva Action 2h 40m The Bollywood movie “Dabangg 3” opens with several bangs: Wedding robbers are doing what wedding robbers do ? collecting guests’ gold chunks and cash ? when the police arrive on the scene. The officers bumble until their leader, our hero, Inspector Chulbul Pandey, blasts his way onto the scene. He comes flying through a wall, riding what looks to be a giant drill (or is it a modest rocket? ) and proceeds to punch, karate chop, kick, toss in the air, and generally drub the miscreants in a way that would be purely cartoonish if not for a dose of mild sadism. (Crotch, meet knife. ) Wasting no time on narrative niceties, the movie cuts right from the fight to a song-and-dance number. There, Chulbul, played with ridiculous, winking confidence by Salman Khan, assures us of what we already know: “I am fearless … fearless … fearless. ” Khan has a gym-toned physique that works better in brawls than in dances, where all those muscles look constricting. He gets by with a kind of minimalist semaphoring that distills the moves into gestures and poses. A close-up of his rear, as the weight shifts from cheek to cheek, gives a decent sense of his charm onslaught: It’s dopey, broad, ripe with self-assurance. And “Dabangg 3” is all about Khan. Not only does he play a one-man army, a romantic hero and a family man, but he is also credited with the story, such as it is, and had a hand in the screenplay, such as it is. “Such as it is” because the movie, the third in a string of box office successes, can barely be bothered to tell a story. There are narrative scenes, of course, but they function mostly as connective tissue for the brawls, showdowns and dances. Instead of plot, this movie has characters or, more accurately, archetypes: a hero (Khan, if you were wondering); a stream of villains, culminating in the ultimate rascal (an amusing Sudeep, who broods as he dangles maidens off precipices); a wife (Sonakshi Sinha); and on and on like that. At times you wonder if Khan and the director, Prabhudeva, set out to make a parody, distilling Bollywood to its perceived essences: spectacle, lavish dance, heroic posturing. But they stoop to conquer, not to mock. “Dabangg 3” is earnest, and it earnestly wants to deliver thrills. To do so, though, it would have to provide that other essential Bollywood ingredient: emotion. What’s missing are the tears. The movie hardly leaves a trace. Dabangg 3 Not rated. In Hindi, with subtitles. Running time: 2 hours 39 minutes.
Dabangg 3 full movie download. Dabangg 3 - is an all out Salman Khan Action Packed Masala movie. After the disappointment from Race 3/Bharat - Salman has come back, in his most suited Avatar.
Dabangg 3 is far better then the previous two movies and the major reason is Sudeep and director Prabhudeva. First half is a little slow but gripping in terms of Mass, as it's all about Chulbul's previous life as you can see in the trailer. First half this movie has comedy/innocent love/emotion/family sentiments/heart breaking tears and a lot more. Second half is really fast and you would not want to blink your eyes as you might miss something, it's full of action and has the present Chulbul - who is grown up with his very deep voice does absolute justice. I think this movie will 100% become Salman's 4th 300cr movie or short of 250cr at least because movie offers everything that a Masala movie has. It also offers a social message which is quiet admiring as it's a masala movie and you don't get to see these kind of messages in Masala movies often. SALLU fans are in for a treat with early Christmas gift and general audience I'd say go watch it as you will not be disappointed and will come out happier.

Chulbul Pandey (Salman Khan) is now the SP of a town named Tundla. As soon as he arrives, he nabs a bandman-turned-goon Guddu (Nawab Shah) and reforms him. He then busts a human trafficking racket under Chinti Valia (Dolly Bindra). The DABANGG 3 is the story of a badass cop. The kingpin of this business is Bali Singh (Kichcha Sudeepa). As soon as Chulbul finds out about this aspect, he goes into a shock. Some repressed traumatic memories come alive in front of his eyes. The story then goes in a flashback mode. This is a time when Chulbul's name was Dhaakar. He comes across the picture of Khushi (Saiee M Manjrekar). She was selected as the bride for Dhaakar's brother Makkhi (Arbaaz Khan). But Dhaakar falls for her. He meets her and wins her heart with his progressive thoughts and of course, style. At the insistence of Khushi, he changes his name to Chulbul. The alliance was fixed and all was going well. One day Bali Singh bumps into Khushi and he falls for her. But when he learns that Khushi is madly in love with Dhaakar, he gets enraged and kills her in front of Dhaakar. On top of that, Dhaakar is jailed for the murder of Khushi and her parents. In the prison, he comes across a large hearted police officer Satyendra Singh (Sharat Saxena). He helps him get acquitted and also motivates him to join the police force. As soon as he turns cop under the name of Chulbul Pandey, the first thing he does is to throw Bali Singh down a cliff. He is presumed to be dead. [5] The film serves as a circumquel to the 2010 film Dabangg and 2012 film Dabangg 2, and is the third installment of the Dabangg film series. The screenplay of the film is written by Salman Khan, Prabhu Deva, and Alok Upadhyaye. The story, written by Salman Khan, is set in the state of Madhya Pradesh. [6] The film features Salman Khan, [7] Sonakshi Sinha, [8] and Arbaaz Khan [9] reprising their roles from the previous film, along with Sudeep as the antagonist and Saiee Manjrekar in her Bollywood debut. [10] [11] Set after the events of Dabangg 2, the film showcases Chulbul Pandey's origin as a police officer, after his encounter with an old rival named Bali Singh refreshes his memory. Along with dubbed versions in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu languages, the film was theatrically released in India on 20 December 2019. [12] It opened to mixed reviews from critics who praised Sudeep's performances while others found it formulaic and weaker as compared to the prequels. [13] At the box office, the film's collections were further affected by the CAA protests, making it the lowest-grossing film in the franchise. [14] [15] Plot Starting off again with a heroic antic, the story moves ahead from Dabangg 2 with the corrupt yet much loved cop, ASP Chulbul Pandey ( Salman Khan), preventing a robbery at a wedding, and beating the goons and their leader, Gullu, black and blue. Gullu then agrees to return to his former part-time job as a wedding band trumpeter, and Chulbul is seen dealing with the everyday lives of his wife Rajjo ( Sonakshi Sinha), brother Makhanchand "Makkhi" Pandey ( Arbaaz Khan), also a police officer, and his son, while his father Prajapati Pandey ( Pramod Khanna) stays at home with Rajjo. Makkhi appears to be enjoying a lavish lifestyle most of the times. One fateful day, a despaired girl, probably injured, arrives in a hurry at Makkhi's station after escaping from somewhere, and seeks help; Makkhi, expecting to punish her captors, who tried to sell her and other girls off, is joined by Chulbul, and after a scuffle, the brothers arrest Chinti Walia ( Dolly Bindra), who runs a prostitution racket. While trying to force a confession out of Chinti at the police station, Chulbul intercepts a lawyer and some goons who have come over to have Chinti released, but he tears off the court order, and in desperation, the leader of the goons keeps his video call going on even as Chulbul smiles into the screen. Minutes later, the leader shows the video call to Bali Singh ( Sudeep), who sees Chulbul, who in turns looks back into the phone camera to see Bali. Shocked beyond words, he reminisces his younger days, recalling his fate with Bali. Years ago, when he was still young, Chulbul, whose real name turns out to be Dhaakad Chand Pandey, fell in love with a girl, Khushi (Saiee Manjrekar), who was initially being considered as a potential bride for Makkhi, after he noticed a photo of her in Makkhi's hand, and told his mother, Naini Devi ( Dimple Kapadia), that he would be a good fit instead of Makkhi; a few days later, Khushi's maternal uncle Prabhat and maternal aunt Janki ( Medha Manjrekar) agreed to the match between Dhaakad and Khushi, and the two began courting each other. At the same time, Bali, a ruthless and violent goon, set his eyes on Khushi and began making arrangements for his marriage with her. However, the moment he saw Dhaakad with Khushi, he decided to kill Khushi and her family right in front of Dhaakad's eyes after luring him to the spot. Prabhat and Janki were both killed, and Khushi was thrown off a cliff to die. Consequently, both Khushi's uncle Hariya ( Mahesh Manjrekar) and his daughter Rajjo, revealed to be Khushi's friend, were deeply affected; Hariya took to alcoholism, while Dhaakad, who was framed by Bali and spent much time in prison for the deaths, was taken in by Commissioner Singh ( Sharat Saxena) after saving him from attackers, and transformed into an uptight cop, naming himself Chulbul, in Khushi's memory, forming the events of Dabangg. At present, Chulbul, having relayed this entire episode to Prajapati and Rajjo, decides that he has had enough, and he needs to close the chapter once and for good. Meanwhile, an ill-attracted Makkhi is misled by Bali into turning against Chulbul, nearly so as to slap him after he too is promoted to the rank of ASP. The action causes him to be banished from home by Prajapati, and he joins hands with Bali actively. Bali, who is set to become a politician and a minister in the upcoming elections, plans to bring in a truck filled with lots of money, and thus gets Makkhi and many other policemen in his circle transferred to one common location in order to facilitate the transportation. Chulbul, however, intercepts the truck and turns Bali's moles in the police force against Bali himself. As revenge, Bali gets several of Chulbul's associates kidnapped and brutally beaten to near death, until Chulbul breaks in again and frees them all, even when Bali has run awaywith Makkhi and some reliable accomplices. Seeking to lure Bali into counterproductive action, Chulbul kidnaps Minister S. S. Sharma and his brother-in-law by staging a ploy with Gullu's help, and forces a confession out of them, which is made viral. Bali notices the same and Makkhi helps him track them down since he recognizes the hideout. Upon arriving there, Bali kills Sharma and injures his brother-in-law; in retaliation, he sends wrestlers to attack Rajjo and her son, but Chulbul arrives in time to save the two. Some time later, Chulbul receives a call from Prajapati, who tells him that Rajjo hasn't arrived home. Sensing Bali's hand in the matter, he invades a quarry where Bali has held Rajjo, and surprisingly, Makkhi himself, as hostages - Makkhi was always on Chulbul's side and it was a game by the brothers to incense Bali; after an intense confrontation, Chulbul kills Bali.
