X Plot ‘Los Angeles’ Album-Celebration Show 03 March 2020 Rolling Stone X will celebrate the 40th anniversary of their landmark debut LP, Los Angeles, with a special show this spring in, of course, the City of Angels. The concert, which features support from Cracker, will take place at the Wiltern on April 25th. The group will also be joining the Violent Femmes for a co-headlining tour that kicks off on May 28th. Keep criticizing the Doors and maybe you stop them from playing again, You A holes. It was entertaining at the time; only because it was the first big screen picture about the group. unfortunately it's a very innacurate, pedestrian, pretentious and non believable. in your face nightmare. kilmer is a horrid singer and his spoken lines are mumbly and whiny.

Cool opening with Robbie playing twentieth century fox, its one of my favorite riffs of all time. 0:39 that yeeaah. Mazarekims is my religion. The Doors were one of those perfect storm type things. Then again, without Morrison, the face of the band is gone - this guy does OK but no-one can hope to take Mr Mojo's place. It's one of those situations where you know it's sad he died young but at least they can't go into the inevitable decline that bands usually do (hello, Rolling Stones, or can I call you three men and a corpse. Edit: this is Morrison's son? Didn't know he had one. Fair enough, live and learn, stitch in time saves nine, etc. Don't know why fans (i.e. people who didn't know the guy - I don't mean friends or family) want JM to be alive now - he'd look pretty stupid doing the Unknown Soldier at 73, for fuck's sake.
