Not terrible, but it does make a good guilty pleasure. It is a college project, so I didn't expect anything amazing, but I found it enjoyable. That is to say, I am a 14 year old girl, and I'm a sucker for this sort of romance (it definitely appealed to me being a fan of The Phantom of The Opera, and a bit of Repo! The Genetic Opera near the end. The important thing is, you took a chance to produce it and there is a future for the crew. Now, I will say, a romance was. Not really needed. Personally, I easily get invested in stories, especially ones I like. This would be one of them, but when Griffin turned into the Phantom I couldn't help but feel like there was a creative liberty that had gone too far. It seemed to just make the Phantom invisible and just have Faith as both a Christine and a Kemp, with Tristan as the obligatory Raoul. I would understand this if this was just a bout of rage from Griffin, as seen in the book, yet, sadly, this is not the case Overall, good as a guilty pleasure, bad as a serious film.
