Bruno Kirby, Carrie Fisher Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan are so good together in this gorgeous story ?. Great scene this. But the best scene is The Wagon Wheel Coffee Table. Can't believe this movie is 30yrs old now. Wow time flies.? Still great.

I'll have what she is having. ?. Fantastic, funny, moving, feel-good romantic-comedy. Unlike many romantic-comedies, doesn't get overly bogged down in sentimentality. Despite the high emotional content, the movie glides along effortlessly.

Well written. Good plot and the dialogue is intelligently funny and couldn't be more snappy. Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan were perfectly cast as Harry and Sally. The chemistry between them was spot-on and contributes enormously to the watchability of the movie. I'm generally not a fan of Meg Ryan, as she tends to act in vapid romantic dramas, but she is great here. Billy Crystal is very well known in comedy circles, but here he gets to shine in a more serious role.

Little to jar the nerves or expectations. This movie is set solidly in the late 80s early 90s Yuppie era and the symbols are all here. Everyone is highly successful in their chosen fields, they all dress well, look well and share witty repartee at every turn. Yuppie symbols are seen as well, the principles shop at "The Sharper Image" drink a lot of coffee and Evian water and get invited to all the best parties. It will rank as a great romantic romantic comedy of the early 90s like "It Happened One Night" typified the 1930s, It's A Wonderful Like, the 1940s, Annie Hall" the 1970s and so on.

The movie looks very nice, the seasons are well represented and color coordinated. The fall and winter scenes are just gorgeous.

Recommended if in the mood for love and romance and don't mind a little sentimentality.
