Background score is bad which could have been better Writing was definitely better but I felt the character of Rani Mukerji was somehow always proactive in reading criminal's mind. Editing adds crispiness to the pace. Mardaani belongs to queen of hearts - Rani Mukerji. The supremely talented actress is mind blowing with her punches and fiery dialogues. Vishal Jethwa will surprise you as the psychopath killer who thinks a woman should be shown no mercy when they cross their limit. He is definitely a talent to watch out for. Mardaani 2 is not easy watch but it will expose the harsh reality of the current situation with a strong message. Go for it. Very good 3.5/5.
