He so deserves an Oscar! For being a wonderful actor! Good luck. My bisexuality is acting up again. HI I LOVE GWILYM LEE AND HE LOOKS SO PERFECT HERE OMG. 100% Copyright. Summary] Daisuke Nakagawa (There are 2 Nakagawas and this one is not) designed The Epic of Alexander, Nidhogg and since Sigmascape, he has always been the one in charge of designing the final floor in each of the savage raids (O8s, 012s, E4s. With E1s, none of the battle devs were free and because Kawamoto was familiar with FFVIII, he ended up designing it. E4s was designed by Daisuke Nakagawa because the first raid is an important introduction to the expansion and he's a stable end content designer. They haven't changed their policy behind raid designs since "the creator" A9s~A12s) where they are conscious of deliberately making the 3rd floor the bottleneck of that raid (note:to prevent players from flowing into the final floor. The 3rd and 4th floors of each raid aren't essentially the hardest to design when it comes to difficult content and the 1st and 2nd floors have different kinds of problems they have to deal with. The workflow of high-end raids: The designer has a presentation in front of Masaki Nakagawa ( battle designer)> then they do the same in front of the battle team > in front of the artists and programmers > lastly in front of Yoshida. Yoshida trusts the battle team, so it's extremely rare for a plan to get flipped over and go back to square one after the final Yoshida check. Addition of new jobs doesn't hugely affect the difficulty of battle content design. [The difficulty of creating high-end content] A small portion of how Alexander (Ultimate) was solved was unexpected by the battle team, but they were fine with it because it's impossible to have 100% control over players' solutions. Their way of thinking is, they are fine as long as there aren't noticeable bugs or solutions found by players that totally break the game balance. The battle team always observes FFXIV streams right after a savage or ultimate raid is released and see how they are doing. Masaki Nakagawa. himself has no plans on creating ultimate content, because he's the lead designer and the team will collapse and won't operate if he doesn't manage the team. [Bad news] They are thinking about letting the new staff design the savage raids in the future and leaving it to them. The day Daisuke Nakagawa won't be designing the 4th floor anymore is closing in. End of summary. Translations for the actual conversations below] Famitsu writer: We had the opportunity to interview 4 battle devs who designed each of the Eden's gate savage raids. We'll be discussing deep topics, starting with how they joined the team and how they plan out content, the concept behind each floor and how they differentiate between the savage and normal modes. We will deliver this interview by splitting it in 2 parts. Before we had this interview, the devs gave us files that listed all the content designed by each of them and those files were interesting enough by themselves. I'm sure FFXIV players will have fun finding the culprit. i mean the answer to question: Who came up with that mechanic. and grin as they read. [The designers of each floor gathered! One of them with an unexpected career] Famitsu writer: This time we got all of the designers who created the Eden's gate raids in one spot, but outside of Masaki Nakagawa. none of the other 3 have shown up in Media interviews, so we'd like you to introduce yourselves and your backgrounds. Let's start with Nakagawa. Masaki Nakagawa. Yes, i joined SE back in December 2011, right when they were developing both FFXIV 1. 0 and 2. I was helping out with 1. 0 for a while and then i joined up with the 2. 0 team after a year or 2. Famitsu: And now you're a veteran. Masaki Nakagawa: It's already been 8 years (laughs. I've been the monster team lead after patch 4. 1, in a position to sum up battle content as a whole. Famitsu: We have another "Nakagawa" here today and to avoid confusion, may i call you Daisuke? laughs) Daisuke Nakagawa: Understood (laughs. I joined the team in January 2015, which was during the latter half of the Heavensward development. Then i designed Nidhogg and i've been in charge of designing the 4th floor of each raid since Omega:Sigmascape. Famitsu: Hold you joined SE in 2015, were you a player before that? Daisuke Nakagawa: Exactly so. To be honest, my previous job had nothing to do with games and i was an engineer who made firmware for indrustrial computers. I was a long time FFXIV player and at one point, i wanted to challenge my dream of becoming a game designer, so i applied to the FFXIV development and i somehow passed. Famitsu writer: There's now way it was "somehow" laughs. Anyway, looking at what you designed so far, i noticed some hot names like Sigmascape floor 4 (Kefka) Alphascape floor 4 (Omega M and F) Eden's gate floor 4 (Titan) and even The Epic of Alexander (Ultimate. Daisuke Nakagawa: I had no experience in game designing, so i wasn't expecting to get assigned to a variety of content so early, so i feel like i've been running all this time (laughs. Famitsu writer: I heard that you're the suspect who said "I'll use Sudo's turn 7 (The Lamia from coil) as a bad example to learn from and work hard" when you were new to the team. (Note: Sudo is the dev who designed Thordan, A3s, A8s, Ucob, etc) Daisuke Nakagawa: It was supposed to be a small joke when i said that, but it blew up after Yoshida and Sudo brought it up and exaggerated talk, i learned a lot from Sudo and the current me is made up of a combination of the good parts from Sudo and Masaki Nakagawa. Sudo taught me that "You can't give up on coming up with unique mechanics. Famitsu writer: I'd like Sudo to hear that (laughs. Next i'd like Nabeshima to introduce yourself. Nabeshima: I joined the company in December 2010. I was originally an event designer for FFXIV 1. 0 and i was assigned to the event team, exactly one day before Yoshida took over the world. Famitsu writer: Can't come up with a better timing. Nabeshima: I was developing an online game for a different company before that and when i was thinking about finding a new job and applied to Square enix, i passed (laughs. Famitsu: I think i heard that somewhere a few minutes ago (laughs. Did you choose to join the FFXIV team when you changed jobs? Nabeshima: After all, i wanted to develop an online game and during the job interview, they told me "Then, you'll be sent to the FFXIV team" and i thought "yes. Famitsu writer: FFXIV was in a terrible mess back then right? Nabeshima: Yoshida wasn't there at first and i was worried about where things were going, but i had some time to charge myself back up after my previous job and i just wanted to work asap and then Yoshida came along and told the tired team to take a proper rest, so i was like "I just got off rest. laughs. Famitsu writer: You were physically and mentally charged up and you still had to hit the brakes (laughs) Nabeshima: Right (laughs. After planning the "Moonfire faire" in 1. 0, i got transferred to the 2. 0 team and became the first event designer there. Famitsu writer: Lastly, we'd like to hear from Kawamoto. Kawamoto: I joined the battle system team in September 2013, right after "A realm reborn" launched. I was mainly doing job adjustments and planning, while i was assigned to teams that needed help to design content. Famitsu writer: What got you to join the FFXIV team? Kawamoto: Yokozawa (Lead battle s

It looks like. cider house rules and JUNO. no thanks. ?. We have three Marauders-Snape interactions from their school days, and I argue that they, by themselves, with no need for more context, prove that at least until the end of their 5th year, the Marauders bullied Snape, and it was undeserved, one-sided, and extreme. The Express Scene This is the 1st interaction between Snape, James, and Sirius: Snape enters a compartment containing Lily and a group of rowdy boys, including James and Sirius. This passage is followed by Snape and Lilys brief argument, and then: “But were going! ” he said, unable to suppress the exhilaration in his voice. “This is it! Were off to Hogwarts! ” She nodded, mopping her eyes, but in spite of herself, she half smiled. “Youd better be in Slytherin, ” said Snape, encouraged that she had brightened a little. “Slytherin? ” One of the boys sharing the compartment, who had shown no interest at all in Lily or Snape until that point, looked around at the word, and Harry, whose attention had been focused entirely on the two beside the window, saw his father: slight, black-haired like Snape, but with that indefinable air of having been well-cared-for, even adored, that Snape so conspicuously lacked. “Who wants to be in Slytherin? I think Id leave, wouldnt you? ” James asked the boy lounging on the seats opposite him, and with a jolt, Harry realized that it was Sirius. Sirius did not smile. “My whole family have been in Slytherin, ” he said. “ Blimey, ” said James, “ and I thought you seemed all right! ” Sirius grinned. Snapes exhilaration lasts five minutes before James hears something he doesnt like. The text hints at what kind of person 11 years old James is another way - he sounds like Draco: “Imagine being in Hufflepuff, I think Id leave, wouldnt you? ” Back to James and Snape: James picks a fight with Snape without provocation - Snape is talking to Lily. Where are you heading, if youve got the choice? ” James lifted an invisible sword. “‘Gryffindor, where dwell the brave at heart! Like my dad. ” Snape made a small, disparaging noise. James turned on him. “Got a problem with that? ” “No, ” said Snape, though his slight sneer said otherwise. “If youd rather be brawny than brainy ?” “Brawny” is not even an insult, and a “slight sneer” is called for, given that James said hed rather leave than be in Slytherin. Snape also doesnt insult James - he rolls his eyes at the fact that James values physical courage over intelligence. James is the one who confronts Snape directly. “ Wherere you hoping to go, seeing as youre neither? ” interjected Sirius. James roared with laughter. Lily sat up, rather flushed, and looked from James to Sirius in dislike. “Come on, Severus, lets find another compartment. ” “Oooooo. ” James and Sirius imitated her lofty voice; James tried to trip Snape as he passed. “See ya, Snivellus! ” a voice called, as the compartment door slammed. James picks a fight and throws the first indirect insult. Sirius throws the first direct insult, calling Snape stupid and weak. James approves. Lily wants to get away, gets mocked, and James tries to trip Snape, meaning he is escalating to physical violence, as Snape and Lily were leaving, no less! Brawny indeed! Someone also throws the first rude nickname, Snivellus (incidentally, Snape never refers to James or Sirius by anything other than their actual name. This is the first Snape+Lily and proto-Marauders interaction. Snape is uninteresting until he gives James a reason to hate him, and then James and Sirius seem to bond over their hatred of everything Slytherin, including Snape, and Lily, who is Slytherin-bound at this point. Sirius tries to make peace with Lily once she is Sorted, but she's still hurt. She took one look at him, seemed to recognize him from the train, folded her arms, and firmly turned her back on him. The Prank The "prank" takes place sometime in their fifth year. This is Lupins account of it: ”Snape had seen me crossing the grounds with Madam Pomfrey one evening as she led me toward the Whomping Willow to transform. Sirius thought it would be ? er ? amusing, to tell Snape all he had to do was prod the knot on the tree trunk with a long stick, and hed be able to get in after me. Well, of course, Snape tried it ? if hed got as far as this house, hed have met a fully grown werewolf ? but your father, whod heard what Sirius had done, went after Snape and pulled him back, at great risk to his life. Snape glimpsed me, though, at the end of the tunnel. He was forbidden by Dumbledore to tell anybody, but from that time on he knew what I was. ” Sirius doesnt correct Lupin, and neither does Snape, so we can take it at face value. Why did Sirius do it? In his words: ” It served him right, ” he sneered. “ Sneaking around, trying to find out what we were up to… hoping he could get us expelled. ” In Siriuss mind, at 16 (and at 33) sneaking around is punishable by death. Maybe Sirius didnt intend Snape to use the information? But then, why give it? Did he want to frighten Snape so he'll leave them alone? Why would he do that in a way that hurts Lupin? The only explanation is that Sirius either wanted Snape dead, or did not think of the consequences ( or of Lupin) only of his own amusement. Fortunately, James did. Since Jamess life was endangered (despite James possibly already being an Animagus) Snapes was, too. Dumbledore agrees that this was attempted murder: “Sirius Black showed he was capable of murder at the age of sixteen, ” he breathed. “You havent forgotten that, Headmaster? You havent forgotten that he once tried to kill me? ” “ My memory is as good as it ever was, Severus, ” said Dumbledore quietly. We know Dumbledore knows how to shut Snape down, and even dismiss his concerns. That he doesnt do so here suggests that Snapes feelings are more than justified. Snape did not know what Lupin was. The only sign that he knew is Lilys “I know your theory”. Here it is in context: “It was Dark Magic, and if you think thats funny ?” “ What about the stuff Potter and his mates get up to? ” demanded Snape. His color rose again as he said it, unable, it seemed, to hold in his resentment. “Whats Potter got to do with anything? ” said Lily. “ They sneak out at night. Theres something weird about that Lupin. Where does he keep going? ” “ Hes ill, ” said Lily. “They say hes ill ?” “Every month at the full moon? ” said Snape. “I know your theory, ” said Lily, and she sounded cold. I heard what happened the other night. You went sneaking down that tunnel by the Whomping Willow, and James Potter saved you from whatevers down there. ” This conversation is a little after the prank, because Lily refers to James saving Snape from something thats down the tunnel by the Whomping Willow the other night. Snape is provoked because Lily is lecturing him about Dark Magic, and Lupin is a textbook Dark creature who had been used to nearly kill him. He impulsively asks about Potter and his mates. Now knowing what Lupin is, he is trying to steer Lily to that conclusion. The “theory” Lily knows can be literally anything. Assuming that the theory is “werewolf”, Lilys response makes no sense - she is the one who says “hes ill” as if refuting it. Most tellingly, “the other night” was a full moon night, and Lily does not wonder why Snape went down to the Whomping Willow if he had expected a werewolf. Also, werewolves are 3rd year material - if he had been needlessly obsessing with the Marauders and keeping track of them at all times, he would have realized this in their third year, like Hermione, and he would have known how to deal with a werewolf before going into the tunnel. What happened was that he was completely unprepared for this and he froze (as one does when trapped in a confined space with a predator) and was pulled out by James. If Snape knew, then why, rather then tell everyone and ruin the Marauders life, did he endanger himself? Why did Lupin say “but from that time on he knew what I was”? Why did Sirius say he was “ trying to find out what we were up to? ” Most importantly, who cares? Being stupid or curious is not a crime. The “prank” was attempted murder and Sirius was an attempted murderer. Meanwhile, the accusations leveled against teenage Snape are that he was “an oddball who was up to his eyeballs in the Dark Arts”, jealous of James, hung around with Slytherins who then became Death Eaters; found what Mulciber did to Mary funny, and that, per Lupin, “Sectumsempra was always a specialty of Snapes”. Even Lily only accuses him of hanging around with (not of being one of the) people she finds creepy, who do “Dark Magic”, and of calling people Mudbloods. This, when lecturing Snape about his wrongdoings and ending the friendship, meaning these were her strongest complaints. Sectumsempra was probably developed after the attempted murder - it is a clear escalation from the other spells Snape developed, which were more defensive, and I have good reason to believe it made its debut in Snapes worst memory. Conclusion: Sirius tried to kill Snape because Snape had inconvenienced him and his friends. How did the school handle this? Dumbledore forbade Snape from telling anyone about it. Sirius wasnt expelled. We also have this conversation (yes, again. JRK is a wonderful author and this is extremely layered) “And youre being really ungrateful. I heard what happened the other night. You went sneaking down that tunnel by the Whomping Willow, and James Potter saved you from whatevers down there ?” Snapes whole face contorted and he spluttered, “Sa
I dont care that mindy plays the same character on every show I'm so here for it and will be watching. trash can better than a chair hilarious. Free Watch A szavak ereje. This might actually be good. Nice lesson mark. Extreme Frugal Tips. Warning this is a REALLY long post Dog Tax: Excel finance tracking: Here we go…Im posting on my frugal living with REAL examples from my life. Single female aged 48 living in the mid-west. I started my adult life with a high school education and low paying jobs until I hit 30. Today my net worth is more than a million and I love my life…I want for nothing and Im very content. Read on if you dare…some of this stuff may scare you… Career I didnt start college till I was 26, prior to that I was in low paying dead-end jobs and as a result I started my adult life being a penny-pincher. I got a BS and 2 MS degrees in the STEM field at state schools while working full time jobs (close to minimum wage till I graduated with my BS. I applied for academic scholarships (and got some) and I took out the minimal I could in student loans. I paid them all back within 5 years. I had to relocate for my first job out of college. It was 2002 and I started out at 44, 000 salaried a year (50 hours weeks, no overtime and working on 2 Masters degrees in my free time) So…I started my professional career at age 30, climbed the corporate ladder, relocated several times and went into management. I worked long hours, on-call 24/7, lots of stress and kept increasing my salary for 16 years. I started to contribute to my retirement when I turned 30. As soon as I could (I think around 36 after I paid of my student loan debts) I maxed out my 401K and ROTH every year. At my highest salary, at age 46, I was making 140, 000 year (remember ? I started at age 30 at 44, 000 and increased to 140, 000 by the time I was 46. I ALWAYS continued to live frugally and saved. I own my house outright and have no debt and plenty in savings. I dont have a pension. My retirement is all in a 401K and IRAs, traditional and ROTH Once I was financially established I took a 60% lower paying job at a University. Im 48 and because I live frugally I could probably retire (FIRE) but I like to have something to do. I also enjoy the social aspect of work and a feeling of purpose. I have no stress, great benefits, loads of time off and have never worked more than 40 hours a week in this job and no weekends, holiday…etc. I set my own hours and have no direct reports. Im currently working 6:30am ? 2:30 pm in the winter so I can hike with my dog after work before it gets dark. It was a very good move for me. Ill probably work here into my mid 60s just because its so cushy Health I exercise. I walk about 7 miles a day I eat pretty healthy, dont smoke, dont drink pop and I dont drink alcohol (anymore…. Sometimes I miss a good craft beer but its better for my stomach and sleep without it I have medical, dental, vision through work. My plans cost me 56 a month I have the high deductible plan and max out my HSA but I only end up using a few hundred a year. Whatever is in my HSA when I retire will help cover retirement medical expenses. My deductible is 2, 000. I use the in-network specialists when I need too I work at a university so I use the health center for non-specialist stuff which is 25 co-pay. I get a preventive visit free every year ? general physical and well woman/mammogram I pay for prescriptions with my health plan or GoodRX. GoodRX is sometimes cheaper. Also some meds are cheaper if you get a 3 month supply by mail (but not all. Some OTC meds such as generic Claritin for allergies and Generic Prilosec for acid reflux are 0 or cheap if you get a prescription I get 2 dental cleanings and 1 vision exam free every year. I get 1-pair of bifocals free If I need reading glasses they are 1 at Dollar Tree I buy generic ibuprofen / first aid stuff in bulk. I keep it to the basics I never pass on free stuff. My dental plan pays for 2 free cleanings/exam a year, so I ALWAYS get my 2 free cleanings a year. My health plan pays for one free physical a year, so I ALWAYS get my one free physical a. Food I spend less than 100 a month on food and beverages. I dont buy any processed food. I cook from scratch in bulk and I freeze. I enjoy cooking. I use lots of veggies in my evening meal. A typical day of food might include: a. 2 large cups of coffee will milk and stevia b. Oatmeal with chia, flax, almond flour, blueberries and a banana OR eggs on homemade toast OR homemade pancakes OR homemade breakfast burritos OR. I make my own bread. Yeast, flour, water, salt, stevia and a bread machine I got at Goodwill for 5 c. Fruit or veg snack (seasonal) d. Beans and rice with seasonings (work lunch) e. Fruit or veg snack (seasonal) f. Dinner ? might be spaghetti, chilli, chicken noodle soup, lasagna, grilled chicken with veggies, curry. Each meal works out to under 1. 50. I dont use much meat in my recipes but I do use a ton of veg g. Homemade yogurt h. I drink lots of black tea or herbal tea throughout the day. I drink tap water i. I get my fix of sweet stuff at work. Someones always bringing in home baked goods 2) I shop at Aldi and Walmart, mostly Aldi 3) I buy all my condiments in bulk: spices, chicken stock, oil, stevia (also concentrated) almond flour, chia, flax, rice, pasta…etc. I get some of this on Amazon because it works out cheaper. I make my own yougurt. 1 gallon yogurt = the price of a gallon of milk. It's easy to do. 4) I love this one…I save my teabags. After Ive used 2 teabags I make another cup of tea from them. I like herbal tea. The cheapest I can find is Celestial Seasonings on Amazon. By stretching the box of 20 teabags to 30 large cups of tea I save 35 year (assuming I drink 3 cups of tea a day. Over 40 years at 7% interest thats 1500 saved. Its not an issue for me and the flavor is the same 5) I only eat out a couple of times a year for social reasons and I dont buy an appetizer or dessert and I only drink water. I tip 20% if service is good. I refuse to go to expensive restaurants. I want an entrée under 15. Honestly, I like my cooking better 6) I dont drink pop or alcohol 7) I own a chest freezer and loads of plastic food containers. Most of the meals I cook are freezable and microwavable 8) I buy the large tub of coffee from Aldi. Its like 4. 50 and lasts 3 weeks. Tastes fine to me but then I would never drop 5 + tip on a cup of coffee 9) I only buy meat, fruit and veg when its under 1 pound. I make an exception for ground beef and blueberries, raspberries…etc. (they have to be under 1 for 6oz. I don't use much meat. Example: I use 1lb ground beef to make 12 frozen spaghetti dinners BUT I use lots of peppers, onions, mushrooms in-place of the beef. Example. When 8oz packages of baby bella mushrooms go on sale, I buy 12 of them. I wash, chop and cook them and then freeze them in 4 separate containers. Each container will be used in a big batch of spaghetti or Lasagna or mushroom soup., when blueberries go on sale for 0. 89 cents for 6oz I buy twelve packages and freeze. 1 package is used to make 10 oatmeal breakfasts 10) I never buy name brand and I always search for reduced fruit/veg, meat…etc. 11) I do check the local flyers for sales. only shop once a week and I combine trips to save gas. House I brought the cheapest house in a really good neighborhood in a mid-west University town. Im in the third highest rated school district in the USA for STEM (per 2019 Newsweek article. I have a 1950s 1500sqft, 3 bed, 2 bath ranch with 2-car attached garage, separate laundry room, living and family room, large screened in-porch. I paid 135, 000 for it and my taxes are 1500 a year. Its bigger than I wanted but its what I had to do to get into my neighborhood. Houses like mine sell in a day with multiple offers over asking. I had to put some work into the house and spend some. I fixed it up so its now one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood and worth 35% more than I paid for it. I did some work myself such as painting and laying the laminate floor. I will stay here until I retire and then decide where I want to spend my retirement years. Central Florida is dirt cheap with no state taxes + low housing costs but I am not sure I can handle the heat and humidity. I have a high deductible on my home insurance but I max out my liability coverage. I have a high net worth so if someone tries to sue me I want to make sure Im covered and I dont have to pay out of my pocket. I have extras like sewer/water line coverage, sewer/water back-up because the lines in my neighborhood are old and you see peoples yards dug up all the time. I pay my policy in full and it works out to 75 a month In the winter, I keep my heat at 55 when Im not home or in bed and 60 when Im home. I wear wool thermal leggings and tops under my clothes all winter long at home. They are soft and comfy. I wear slippers. When Im lazing on the couch I snuggle under an electric blanket and with the dog. I have a down comforter on the bed. The dog loves the cold. In the summer I wear shorts and a tank top (hence why I shave in the summer) and I keep the AC around 76 as the dog gets too hot I change my furnace filters every 2 months with the cheap ones I keep my water heating on a warm setting.
