ListViewの行間の区切り線を変更するには、android:divider属性を指定します。
行の幅、高さによって拡大・縮小されるため、設定する画像は、9-patch PNG形式が好ましいです。
通常の画像でも問題ありませんが、引き伸ばされてしまいます。

PhotoViewerPart2プロジェクトの、res/layout/custom_list.xmlを、次のように書き換えてください。
