What does Aster mean by being different ? Does she feel in the same way as Ellie (like in love with her. Can someone answer these because I am so confused. When the trailer came out i was like “damn alexxa is kinda hot” ? like my gay heart would totally have a crush on her. This is a beautifully written movie with very young and talented actors. A coming-of-age story as well as a coming out story. A movie that will have you laughing and making you feel for your favorite person in the movie. Keeps you going the entire way without any downtime I recommend this movie for anybody teenager and older. Enjoy! ?. Ellie: I've also been pretending The crowd: hauzuahehzjjjnd I'm dying ?.

The movie has such a fantastic writing, the way they have hidden representations and meaning is so amazing, really not common in today's Hollywood romance movies where I fking know everythings gonna happen and predictable as what the script says, theres nothing more deep into it. Unpopular nerdy girl gets with popular jock, or moment to remember kind of movie where someone has an illness, they'll die or something like that. That's why I've ditched this romance genre. This have me hope there will be good romance life movies. I had hunch the they would not end up but it's fine by me. How they created, wrote this movie and sequence/screenplay was wonderful.

I wasn't mad about quarantine but man we would have had a bunch of this interviews and they would have been awesome. For someone who grew up as repressed gay, i can feel how ellie doubting about god and love. Same goes with aster. As a person who grew up very religiously, she might thinking that maybe loving a girl is a sin, and maybe that's why she stop coming to the church. Also i personally adore the relationship between Paul and Ellie. It warms my heart, really. I lowkey ship him with ellie too, and it breaks my heart to see ellie can't reciprocate his feeling because she's not into guy.
If there is a sequel called the other half, i will lose my marbels. Watch Stream Si tu savais. As I saw Alexxis's energy, I knew that she was a gemini, and she is haha.

the grumpy old man are impressed, and will rewatch together with my lovely betterhalf of love. a recommend.I didn't get a slightest hint of Aster being gay through out the movie. And not until Ellie kisses her and she smiles. And the ending gave me so much anxiety. I felt empty and lonely. Mostly heavy hearted but not sad.

The Half Of It might not as good as Saving Face, but Alice Wu never disappointing. I love how she chose the perfect cast for her movie.
