Because of this movie, I was terrified to close my eyes when soaping my face in the shower, I kept thinking the grudge would be there when I opened them again or that she would grab me when my eyes were closed.
When I first clicked on this: Alright! Let's see how many dislikes. oh. Well, let's watch this. She just want the wifi password, why does everybody run. Fml the first movies were so scary. ahhhhhh this gave me goosebumps. One of their greatest musical arts. Saddako vs. Kayako seems pretty great. I have no clue how that would even work (like Freddy vs Jason but with weird croaking noises. ????????????????????????????????????????. This thing looks like when kermit who just got washed out. Stab the grudge with the card. Is it the best movie you've ever seen or will ever see? Probably not, BUT that doesn't make it terrible. I thought they did a great job re-inventing this as an American haunting story. Super creepy! It has all of the elements of the original with some great, dark twists.

To appreciate this movie, you have to enjoy just sitting back and being scared. No more, no less. Don't over-analyze it. Just have fun. If you liked the original at all, go see it. I'd watch it again.

Watch the grudge movie online free. The grudge movie online. The Grudge is a very flawed horror movie whose good charactetics are offset by the negative. For instance features brilliant performances by Andrea Risenborough, and Lin Shaye but that is not enough to make the story good. While Risenborough is the protagonist, her character has no arc. She is still the same detective from start to finish. We do feel for her, but her character could have been better utilized. As for Lin Shaye, there should have been more of her scenes, because she came off as both creepy and tragic. Second, there are some shocking death scenes, and effective scares. But they are too few to make the movie a proper scary movie. Having seen other Sam Raimi-produced movies, I was hoping for a lot of bloodshed and gore but that did not happen. In short, The Grudge is one of the lower tier horror movies to spend on an extremely boring day. I believe giving it an F score is unfair, but this is definitely sub par.
