＜123条４項＞Protest restrictions（抗議行動に関する制約）
Rule 123 of the ISU General Regulation:
4.Protest restrictions（抗議行動に関する制約）
A. Figure Skating
i) No protests against evaluations by Referees, Judges and the Technical Panel
(Technical Controller, Technical Specialists, Data & Replay Operator)
of Skaters’ performances are allowed;
スケーターの演技に関するレフェリー、JP、TPの裁定に対する抗議は
一切認められない。
ii) Protests against results are permitted only in the
case of incorrect mathematical calculation.
A wrong identification of an element or of a level of difficulty,
although it results in a lower or higher score, is a human error
and not an incorrect mathematical calculation;
試合結果に対する抗議については、「計算上の誤り」についてのみ認められる。
要素の認定やレベル難度の判定に関する誤りは、それによって得点の上下があっても
あくまでも「ヒューマンエラー」であり、「計算上の誤り」とは認められない。
iii) However, if the Referee learns:
a) Prior to the beginning of the award ceremony or prior to
the official announcement of results if there is no award ceremony,
that a human error relating to a wrong data input by the Data Operator
occurred, the Referee may correct the error provided that the
Technical Controller, both Technical Specialists and the Data Operator all agree
that there was an error;
しかしながらもしもレフェリーが
a)表彰式前または（表彰式が行われない場合は）公式の結果発表前に
データオペレーターによるデータの誤入力に気がついた場合には、
TC,TSとデータオペレーター全員が同意した場合に限り
エラーの修正を行うことができる。
b) Within 24 hours after the award ceremony
that an incorrect mathematical calculation occurred,
the Referee may correct the calculation even without a protest
provided that the Technical Controller,
both Technical Specialists and the Data Operator
all agree that there was such an incorrect calculation.
If such correction requires corrections of the final placements of the Skaters,
the corresponding medals and/or awards shallbe
changed accordingly;
b)「計算上の誤り」が起こった試合の表彰式終了後24時間以内であれば、
TC,TS、データオペレーター全員の同意があれば
抗議がなくてもエラーの修正を行う事ができる。
これによって順位に変動が生じる場合にはメダルの授与/表彰も
修正後の結果に沿って行われる。
c) If the situation under paragraph a) and b) arises
the Referee shall make a short record in writing
which has to be signed by all the Officials concerned.
c)前項a)やb)で示されたような事態が発生した場合には
レフェリーは技術審判全員の署名のある簡単な書面に記録を残す事。
