The music works incredibly well with the tricky mini-games and the retro style animations. The music maintains its broadway theatricality, while still looking great on screen. Paying to save is absolutely genius from a marketing standpoint. As a player, you’re taunted with every knew song you unlock and the great content you reach before you have to leave. I do wish though, that there was a sort of restart button after you paid. It sounds dumb, but it’s not the same listening to the songs reenacted in the theatre.
