Panipat is a treat for Gowariker fans and he has done his magic again. Long and detailed scenes just takes you right in the middle of the story line.

In the recent past there have been a lot of history based movies which are sort of worst examples of how can cinematic additions over power and deviate the film from the historical base. Panipat surely has cinematic additions but Gowariker nicely keeps the balance. The narrative history telling reminds us every time that it is not a super hero story. The music by Ajay-Atul is at its best again. I bow to them especially for the Bhau and Parvati wedding song. The song just touches your heart. There are few weaknesses as well. I think the story should have been wider. The plot mainly focus on the Bhau and Parvati. However, there were other legends in the plot who do not get any attention. All in all a great example of how an history movie should be. Must watch.
