Movie Info=Little Women is a movie starring Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, and Florence Pugh. In this, Laurie ends his speech with And I'll be hanged if I stand by and watch where as, in the 2019 version, it is the opposite: And I will watch. I think the latter is more mature, more accurate, and more devastating than the former. In the 2019 version, he loves her so much that he is willing to put her needs first, he is willing to take the rejection, he is willing to watch her fall in love because he knows that's what she deserves. And he does all this because of how much he loves Jo. In this 1994 version, he comes across as petulant and bitter, which turns a complex relationship into a black and white transaction. It gives the viewer permission to let Laurie fall in love with Amy because you see he is too immature and boyish to love Jo. But in 2019, the audience knows he still loves Jo and our willingness to let him love Amy is much more begrudging, but so much more powerful because we all know the reality of loving more than one person in different ways. It almost didn't seem like an interview, rather more like a heartfelt conversation between friends. Ador c3 a1veis mulheres california. I was really looking forward to Little Women but after sitting through what seemed like hours I left the cinema feeling quite let down. I knew nothing about the story having never read the book, nor have I seen previous film adaptions. My main gripe is that this particular version kept going back and forth between the past, present, and future making it nigh impossible to follow what on earth was going on. It felt like a chore to watch this movie and I suspect fans of the book or previous adaptations may enjoy it more than myself as they may be able to follow the plot (if there is indeed a plot. I really wouldn't recommend this movie.

Interestingly when you talk to them about it they never mention it from the perspective of helping the boy. They like the relationship between LeAnn and her husband. They like the sassy tutor and all American teenage girl that comes home to her family emotionally. They don't understand the white savior trope because they literally don't see his character at all. He might as well be the new home or the father that loses his job and creates more family time, or the Christmas season in a Hallmark movie or any other event that brings a family together. They completely erase his story from things and that feels almost worse. He is a catalyst for their success as a family.
