Liz was such a beauty. Meet me in st. louis sheet music. Meet me in st louis trailer. Meet me in st. louis agnes. Meet me in st. louis house. Meet me in st louis under the bamboo tree. I don't care if it's cropped... I LOVE this since I was little. This film is beautiful! The songs are great and the performances are wonderful! The script has a lot of great lines, the funniest coming from Tootie (wonderfully played by Margaret O'Brien. There is one scene at the dinner table, when Rose is making a phone call, and says something, then the grandfather says "Good evening, Joe." Hilarious! The songs are fantastic. I can't remember who wrote them though. The best was "Trolley Song" where you actually see Judy Garland enjoying herself. "Boy next door" and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" are beautifully staged, with Garland showing her sensitive side. The costumes are also beautiful, and that's all I have to say really on that subject. Now for the performances. Judy Garland looks beautiful here, and is obviously enjoying herself. The parents are also good, and they even sing a very nostalgic song. The grandfather and John Truitt are very well done also, but the scene-stealer is a really young Margaret O'Brien, who made me laugh and cry at the same time. I was drunk last night dear mother" when she hurts herself and blames it on John Truitt, and when she is seen in the snowy garden knocking all the snowmen over because she doesn't want the family to move. It is a little long, but you will love this musical. 10/10. Bethany Cox.

Pero jamás entenderé, por qué si yo estoy viendo un film en VO con subtítulos me presentan una copia que no subtitula las canciones. Me siento frustrado. En mi opinión, es imprescindible que subtitulen las canciones, si no, siento que estoy viendo un film mutilado. Por favor Filmin, subsanen ese error inmediatamente. She doesnt do much and the only thing that brings her to life are her movies. Meet me in St. Louis and ShowBoat are the two we play over and over for her. Watching this clip I realize now this will forever bring me to me my beautiful and sweet little nana sitting on the couch, suddenly lit up and almost back to life- singing at the top of lungs with her impressive tone and notes right along with Miss Judy. She is always so happy singing to this one especially. I guess its a magical scene for us all. It brings to life something we all have surely felt at some point in some way. That nostalgic feel of heaven on earth when the one that makes us dream at night finally noticed us or finally saw us- the flutter of the heart, the happiness- the feel of soaring- Ahhh It is definitely magical. I like to think when singing this song my nana pictures my grandpa when they were young and first really met ????.
