Az elnök által előterjesztett és a testület által támogatott javaslatok a következők: Minőségcél_1: Hallgató elégedettségi vizsgálatok kitöltési arányának növelése a doktorandusz hallgatók körében (mérőszám:?kitöltési arány%-ban; célérték:?80%). Kormányrendeletek módosítása A Magyar Közlöny 2019/133. számában megjelent a 191/2019. (VII. 30. ) Korm. rendelet a felsőoktatás szabályozására vonatkozó és egyes kapcsolódó kormányrendeletek módosításáról, amelynek 5. fejezete módosítja a?doktori iskolákról, a?doktori eljárások rendjéről és a?habilitációról szóló 387/2012. (XII. 19. rendeletet. A változás a doktori fokozatszerzés nyelvi követelményeire vonatkozó előírásokat módosítja 2020. január 1-i hatállyal (ld. 13. § (3) bekezdés). A doktori kormányrendelet hatályos szövege elérhető innen. Ugyanez a kormányrendelet 2019. augusztus 1-i hatállyal módosította a 87/2015- (IV. 9. rendelet 62. § (11) bekezdését is, amely a doktori képzés tekintetében rendelkezik a fogyatékossággal élők nyelvvizsga mentesítési szabályairól. A korábbi szabályozás a doktori képzésre jelentkezők, a doktoranduszok és a doktorjelöltek esetében is kizárta a mentesítést. Az új, hatályos szöveg a következő: "(11) A nyelvvizsga szintje alóli mentesítés a doktori képzés tekintetében nem illeti meg a doktori képzésre jelentkező hallgatót, a doktorandusz hallgatót és a doktorjelöltet. A nyelvvizsga egy része alóli mentesség azonban a szakértői véleményben megállapított fogyatékosság típusától függően illeti meg a doktori képzésre jelentkező hallgatót, a doktorandusz hallgatót és a doktorjelöltet. " MTMT2 Az előzetesen meghirdetett ütemterv szerint 2018. november 1-én elindult az MTMT2. A doktori adatbázis összehangolása az új rendszerrel befejeződött, az áttöltés újra lehetővé vált. A válogatott közlemények összeállításához és a közlemények importjához készült részletes útmutatók elérhetők a "Dokumentumok / útmutatók" menüpontban. Az Nftv. módosítása Magyar Közlöny 2018/194. számában megjelent a a felsőoktatás szabályozására vonatkozó és egyes kapcsolódó törvények módosításáról szóló 2018. évi XC törvény, amely a doktori képzés vonatkozásában is módosít néhány rendelkezést. 1. Az Nftv. 49. §-a a következő (7a) bekezdéssel egészül ki: ?(7a) A (7) bekezdés rendelkezéseiből a doktori képzésben nem kell alkalmazni a képzés kreditértéke legalább harmadának az adott intézmény adott doktori képzésén történő megszerzésére vonatkozó előírást. ” (Tehát a doktori képzésben a korábbi tanulmányok vagy az előzetesen megszerzett tudás alapján elismert kreditek mennyisége elérheti az előírt kreditmennyiségnek - a 240 kreditnek - akár 100%-át is. Ezt a rendelkezést a folyamatban lévő doktori képzésben hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkezőkre is alkalmazni kell. ) 2. Az Nftv. 59. § (1) bekezdés d) pontja helyébe a következő rendelkezés lép: [Megszűnik a hallgatói jogviszony:] ? azon félév utolsó napján, amelyben a hallgató a végbizonyítványt (abszolutóriumot) megszerezte, ” (Azaz ha a hallgató a félév során bármikor megszerzi az abszolutóriumot, hallgatói jogviszonya - és ezzel az ösztöndíj jogosultsága - megmarad a félév végéig. ) 3. Az Nftv. 114/A. §-a a következő (4) bekezdéssel egészül ki: ?(4) A doktori képzésre felvehető magyar állami ösztöndíjjal támogatott létszám 2000 fő. ” (Ez a rendelkezés 2019. szeptember 1-én lép hatályba, tehát a már elfogadott keretszám javaslatot ki kell egészíteni további 700 hely elosztásával. ) 4. Az Nftv. 114/D. § (1) bekezdés f) pontja szerint a tankönyv- és jegyzettámogatás, valamint a sport- és kulturális tevékenység normatívája 2019. február 1-től 14. 566 Ft-ra emelkedik. Всем любителям Forever (Вечность) и Йоана Гриффита посвящается Ох, сколько сил ушло на то, чтобы свыкнуться с мыслью о закрытии Forever (Вечность), где блистательный мистер Гриффит очаровал и влюбил в себя десятки тысяч людей своим обаянием и великолепной актёрской игрой. Были подписаны заморские петиции на продление и т. д. и т. п., но нет, увы. И тут, как манна небесная на нас свалился Хэрроу, тот же актёр, в той же роли, так знакомой нам и так полюбившейся. Первое впечатление - восторг, ДА!, он снова патологоанатом, своенравный, умный, нарушающий правила, дотошный и лучший в своём деле, обаятельный, с кабинетом, утыканным всяческими причудами:) Много всего сценаристы взяли и перенесли из Forever (Вечность), за что им низкий поклон. Они вернули мистера Гриффита на экраны в знакомом образе и вся многотысячная армия фанатов Forever (Вечность) прильнула к экранам. Эмоции, да, это то, что осталось от игры мистера Гриффита в Forever (Вечность). Но это не тот сериал, это нечто новое с шармом и обаянием памяти о прошлом образе. Да, смотря Хэрроу понимаешь, сериал не детально проработан, есть спорные моменты, скажем так, при расследовании преступлений. Всё простительно для тех, кто любит Гриффита. Действие происходит в Австралии, не сказал бы, что есть какой-то колорит в связи с этим, в основном режет глаза руль справа. Морские(окиянские) виды и тематика затронуты и показаны, гл. герой вообще проживает на собственной яхте. Основная сюжетная линия довольно неплохо закручена, развивается постепенно, наравне с событиями в каждой серии, это расследования преступлений или несчастных случаев, в основном, т. к. гл. герой - патологоанатом и тесно сотрудничает с полицией по уликам и прочим криминалистическим действиям. Юмор присутствует и довольно тонкий местами, действительно смешно. Конечно, после Forever (Вечность), этот сериал обязателен к просмотру любителям. Для остальных же, пожалуй, все таки стоит начать с этого сериала, а вот уже после просмаковать Forever (Вечность). И, если вы осилите без придирок Хэрроу, то продолжайте наслаждаться творчеством мистера Гриффита. Писал, что первое в голову пришло, не судите строго, рецензии не пишу. Рейтинг завышен. Несколько сайтов умудрились сравнить этот сериал с 'Декстером'. Рекомендации заставили узреть сие творение, и на протяжении просмотра каждой серии непроизвольно приходилось держать в голове образ 'дремлющего демона' вместе с галочками 'за' и 'против'. Дело происходит в Австралии, что довольно непривычно, однако картинка как в 'Декстере' из Майами - крокодилы, яхты, океан. Думаю, на этом все сравнения можно и закончить, хотя главный герой так же помогает раскрывать убийства, а где-то так же уходит от ответственности и хранит тёмные тайны. И не стоит забывать, что Декстер - маньяк, которому порой тяжело играть роль доброго соседа, приветливого парня с работы. Здесь персонаж вполне себе приветливый парень с работы. У него есть дочь и бывшая жена. В 'Декстере' каждая сюжетная линия была интересна и не отпускала засчет своего наполнения, будь то его личная жизнь, темная сторона или же расследования убийств. Каждым моментом там хотелось насладиться, насколько сериал держал у экрана в напряжении. Здесь же полсерии хочется перемотать: непонятные сюжетные моменты со злобным, непроходимо тупым чадом - дочкой доктора Хэрроу, только отталкивают и не добавляют никакой интриги. Возможно, дальше это как-то раскроют, но пока все фрагменты с дочкой хочется вырезать из сериала и забыть о них напрочь, к тому же, в этих бесполезных сценах родители выглядят глупыми беспомощными лузерами или же пофигистами, налевательски относящимися к своему ребёнку. Например, они знают, что она живет в чужих домах без проса и ворует и им... Та-дам!.. По барабану, ну, вот совсем! Они просто ничего с этим не делают. Сценаристы создали какую-то мышиную возьню, которая смотрится глупо, особенно глядя на высокий рейтинг сериала. Ждешь большего, а получаешь то, что получаешь. Понимаете, какая сюжетная яма между 'Хэрроу' и 'Декстером'? Любовная линия тоже несильно 'отстала'. Она никакая. Между главным героем и женщинами не чувствуется химии. Вообще. Создается впечатление, что ни актеры, ни сценаристы не хотят работать в полную силу. Ну а по поводу расследования убийств, - сериал скорее больше похож на 'Кости', нежели на 'Декстера'. Скажем так, убийства совсем не того уровня, да и сами убийцы зачастую очень глупые и примитивные. Хотя в тех же 'Костях' был не один крутой антагонист. Сериал смотреть можно, но только откинув все мысли о 'Декстере' и других более успешных закрытых сериалах. 6 из 10 Рейтинг завышен. By this point in his life, the Doctor's reputation had grown immense, attracting a new strain of conflicts. Wishing to withdraw from the dangers it created, he became a secretive and guileful individual for the sake of himself and those he held close. This incarnation's most notable enemy was the Silence, who were responsible for destroying his TARDIS, causing the cracks in time, which eventually consumed the universe, though he restored it with the Pandorica. His multi-century war with the Silence critically involved companions Amy Pond, Rory Williams and their daughter, River Song. Ultimately, the most significant defeat of the Silence required him to marry River in a dubious wedding ceremony, but one that they both seemed to regard as genuine. After the touch of a Weeping Angel robbed him of Amy and Rory, a heartbroken Doctor retired to Victorian London and associated himself with the " Paternoster Gang ". During this period, he rediscovered a woman named Clara Oswald, whom he thought had died previously in the distant future; she once again died here. Fascinated by this "impossible girl", he set off to solve the mystery of her multiple lives, and take her on as his latest travelling companion. He discovered her to be part of his timeline, having entered it in order to save him from the Great Intelligence. In doing so, he revealed to her his secret incarnation, who had fought in the Last Great Time War. With his previous incarnation, the Doctor revisited the Time War, and discovered that he and his past incarnations had actually saved the Time Lords from destruction, but lost knowledge of the event with only the Eleventh Doctor retaining his memories of what had actually happened. ( AUDIO: Night of the Whisper) While possessed by the Torajii star, the Tenth Doctor feared he would regenerate during the extraction process of freezing his body, and even tried to explain regeneration to Martha Jones in case he did, but he was able to survive the experience. ( TV: 42) After saving the Ood from Klineman Halpen on the Ood Sphere, the Tenth Doctor was informed by Ood Sigma that his "song [would] end soon". ( TV: Planet of the Ood) Following a Morse code message to Howling Jupiter, the Tenth Doctor received a pre-recorded message from the Eleventh Doctor, informing him that he had to stop the Wraith Mining Cartel and expose the existence of slaughter crystals, while also protecting Lyric Erskine. This is a very unique show especially for the times. First but not least is been on for a little more then 50 years. Its also very creative and intelligent which is highly appreciated in a world of Adam Sandler movies. It has a large fan base that is highly HATES WHEN THEY CAN'T WACTH IT ON NETFLIX ALL OF A SUDEEN. Its not without flaws by any sense of the word. There are a lot episodes that plainly suck- considerably less in recent years but not entirely a thing of the past. Through its history cheesiness has run in and out but its just kind of a part of the show to be completely honest (you'll grow to love it. This being said it can be dead serious and chilling- don't believe me just wait until you get to the angels. Evil Laugh* Its has great tone to the whole thing and sense of magic that courses through almost everything about it. It can be anywhere, any time, any place, and can explore, any story, or world, or character- its kinda hard for new viewers to understand the quite confusing elements that over half a century have developed into the strange and complex stuff it is now. I recommend just keep watching episodes- don't give up it will come to you eventually- when clarity does come you'll find a lovely sic-fi show buried underneath all the tangled weirdness- do note its not for for those it is for- you'll have a great adventure.
