Its such an outstanding movie, its among the firsts of friendzone stories, celebrating its 30 yrs anniversary this year. Lets skip the fact that its old, I would rather recommend it to every rom com lovers. 30 year anniversary. One of my all time favorite romantic comedies, the way Harry professes his love to Sally at the end gets me every time???. Meg sent me. My gf wants me to watch this with her. ? Pray for me... Mojo staff, why do you talk the dialog in the clip rather than play the clip? Do you have to pay more royalties for the audio than the video? Im seriously asking because thats the only thing that makes sense.
My favorite scene was when Carrie Fisher's character looks over at her fiance and says promise me I'll never be like that again and they kiss. I only saw this once and I didn't like it. But I was too young then and probably didn't understand. I'm curious as to why people find this one of the best romcoms there is. I guess I'll give it another go. I get big goosebumps while watching this. How the hell is this turned down on my phone. Everything is high in including video playback.
Best part is when Harry is recalling his old girlfriend Amanda and Says My last name Rice instead of Reese. The fact that he held her all night afterwards. ? This movie is awesome. 0:40 ??? ????. Bruno Kirby and Carrie Fisher play the obligatory wisecracking, slightly less attractive best friends of the title characters, who make a thoroughly predictable journey from sniping to smooching in this formulaic romantic comedy. It's not without charm, of course. writer Nora Ephron has a good ear for a one-liner and director Rob Reiner is a good, economical storyteller. But it's still just a cute date movie, since Epron's wit is more glib than deep (real people don't debate the meaning of "Auld Lang Syne" and Reiner is not above resorting to cliché (every plot point is punctuated by some Golden Oldie like "It Had To Be You, just in case you're missing the point of the scene. There's also the title characters, two neurotic yuppies in New York. Harry is a whiny, self-absorbed, self-pitying schnook, but since he's played by Billy Crystal, he gets all the best lines. Sally is brittle and high-maintenance, but since she's played by Meg Ryan, she's also utterly adorable. There's too much sentiment, and at some point you're going to want to clobber Crystal with an aluminum baseball bat, but there are plenty of fun set pieces (the legendary restaurant scene, the interviews with happy old couples that have nothing to do with the rest of the movie) and really, in 2010 it's refreshing to watch a middlebrow romantic comedy since they don't seem to exist anymore. (Quick note to Rob Reiner: if you are driving from the Hyde Park to New York, you will not pass downtown Chicago unless your are going via Canada. Which would take a lot longer...

You didn't have to edit it this much. You could have just cut out the audio at certain parts like most do and still kept it online. Bad deal. What's the name of the movie. This movie Never gets old.
