I find it fascinating that the show managed to be so sexy while barely showing any skin. Do they ever say what makes her qualified to be a dective. not just having a knife an gun. good show. AH YESSS. Beautiful song. I hope someone picks up the script for the television series, and starts running it - even if it's an American company, please bring it back. I've just discovered this show and I'm thrilled. Nobody ever wanted a new Miss Fisher.
I love this show and I have never seen a duff episode. Every series is fantastic. The cast superb, the costumes and setting glorious. Australian and New Zealand tv series that we get in Britain are the very very best. Phryne Fisher. What an awesome personality! I just adore and admire her. Want more seasonsssss. She Lovvvvvvessss him so cool. I bought myself a wonderful extra-long kimono dressing gown, shiny silk-like fabric, with a pattern of purple and brown flowers. I call it my phrynefisher and when I wear it I say Get out of the way! Phryne Fisher is coming.

And I speak fluent Thespian hahahahaha. I haven't seen the feature film yet, I'm on series 3 #3 but will Phryne and Jack just do it and get it over with? That's just dragging on for too long! Ha! Ha. Aah, Ms Essie Davis is a natural beauty off stage and TV. ?.

It certainly had fans in the USA?me being one of them.

I wish you could see new ones of that show. This series is true jewel - great story line for every episode, well developed characters, each with its one center and most of all the heroine Phryne Fisher, the utterly passionate, outrageous character for that time in age. What I like about the stories it is about friendship, personal tragedies to overcome and the bravery of the women at that time. Of course the scenery of the setting, the clothes and the music rounds it up in a way TV series do not match today. Congratulation to all the actresses, actors, producers and directors. Charming and well done.

What she is! she's bad ass. Im in the US. And found this show charming. I really enjoy it and now looking forward to the movie this year. Miss Fisher is in her late 20s in the books. Essie Davis is considerably older, and it shows. SO wish there was another season for this CAN'T get enough of SHOW. Essie Davis is amazing in Cloudstreet. We love the series and it is Brilliant to see Melbourne, Victoria. Did she get to keep any of the clothes she wore. Will this be on BluRay. In one way I like the continuous indirect flirting between Phryne and Jack but I also just wish theyd kiss more and even be in a relationship because it can be exhausting to watch. God he is so sexy, can't stop watching him! His voice, his dimeaner! OMG.
