My guess is he does care, kind of, a very little bit, after all this time. But my feeling is that behind it all, there is an idea that he doesn't want fans to take themselves (and Star Wars) so damn seriously. He doesn't want them to take him so seriously. But should I lay down my money if he's going through the motions? I mean, I shouldn't. I guess I just miss really rooting for him. Conversely I thought his appearance in The Rise of Skywalker was really touching (which is a bit of a that one appearance is, to me, wildly different than what he usually puts out there). His off-screen antics have become a turn-off. It's a free country. He can do what he wants. I would imagine if people wanted to talk to me about carbonite for more than 30 years, I might have issues with that, too. I just was a way to show him what it would mean to any one of us to have two seconds of screentime in a Star Wars film or streaming show. He got the brass ring, and he got it early. He kind of hates it that bums me out. I know Ford fans are going to say I'm way off base. That's fine. You can like who you like. I would never criticize you for that. But I'm curious if anyone else feels the same way I do. When I see Harrison just kind of makes me feel, I dunno. Tired. He seems so joyless. And if there is a joke, I don't get it anymore.
The fact that the thrown is empty and palpatine isnt sitting in it makes me believe hes not actually back. Dont do that. Dont give me hope. Wait wrong channel. Look, I get all the bad reviews. Some of them have some legit arguments. Could this have been split into several movies? Yes! Does this have a Star Wars feel like the originals? I feel like it does.

I really enjoyed this one. It is ranked as top 3 out of all the movies. If you want to be super nit picky you probably won't like it, but then I would question why you weren't equally as disappointed with Episodes 1,2, 3. If you watch this or any of the new Star Wars, do it like you've never seen the originals and you will like them. This trilogy never claimed to be a continuation of the originals it just has ties to it. Yes I would have loved to see George Lucas have full control with a Disney Budget, but that's not the case.

Disney+ may currently be missing a couple of Star Wars films, but all of them including the just-released Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker should be on the streaming service by summer 2020. Currently, Disney+ is missing The Last Jedi, The Rise of Skywalker and the prequel Solo: A Star Wars Story. The first of these is one Disney+ very soon, due to move from Netflix to Disney+ on December 26. There is then a long gap before the latter two will be streaming. Solo is likely to be the first, and is confirmed to drop of Disney+ on July 9, 2020. Around the same time, however, we should also get Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker on streaming services. Though an exact Disney+ release date for the movie has not been confirmed, the streaming service follows the same release schedule that Disney films had when they were streaming on Netflix rather than the new streamer. Generally speaking, all Disney films, which include the Marvel films and those in the Star Wars universe, first get a roughly 90-day cinematic release, which for The Rise of Skywalker began on December 19 and is likely to come to a close at the end of March. A few weeks later, the ninth movie in the Star Wars saga will come to DVD, BluRay and other home entertainment platforms. Films then come to Disney+ up to four months after that physical media release, meaning that we should get the movie on the streamer at some point in August 2020.
