SPIES IN DISGUISE is an animated spy thriller about two very different men. Suave master spy Lance Sterling (voiced by? When a mysterious terrorist is able to use tech to disguise himself as Agent Sterling while committing violent crimes, Lance turns to Walter for help and unexpectedly drinks a newly perfected serum that looks like water. But the invisibility concoction doesn't make Sterling disappear: Instead, it turns him into a pigeon. While in bird form, Lance must team up with Walter as his new/unlikely partner in order to take down the face-stealing mastermind. Is it any good? Smith and Holland have great buddy-comedy chemistry and give this weird-in-a-good-way?animated adventure a charming, crowd-pleasing vibe. Spies in Disguise is a blast of fun. I throughly enjoyed this film. It may have its extremely bland plot about someone who has to prove his innocence and whilst on the run but with a unique twist and some good humour, it is a lot more tolerable. The animation is really great times. It's really visually pleasing. Both Tom Holland and Will Smith are great voice actors who really suit their roles very well. It's pretty standard for a kids film, it isn't anything outstanding but it is a fun mindless film with some moments. There are a few moments which dont exactly work but other than that, it's worth watching. Overall it's a pretty good film. It has great animation and voice work. The story is somewhat fresh despite having a generic story at its core but as far as animation films go, it's not half bad.

I absolutely love the main characters design, but I don't really feel the background characters Also, please people, don't mix up character design and animation, and I get that not everybody is gonna like how they designed the characters, but those are two completely different things. So as always with new animated films these days we have a good looking animation film with quirky character designs that always give you a chuckle, Will smith being the tall & lean spy in the film with Tom Holland being the nerdy kid in the film.

As a 25 year old & my girlfriend being 24 we did enjoy this film even though it seemed it was more for kids but adults can still watch this, granted there was more child parts compared to slightly more serious parts, but not serious for a animation film if that makes sense, with these films you have got to let everything go & just enjoy a laugh, don't take it seriously. I liked the idea of them using pigeons as the main topic in this film because that has not been done before when it comes to using one as a spy, it makes for quite a few good jokes & story line to do with pigeons. It also shows how Will Smith has to overcome the pigeons traits yet he still has to save the world, but being a pigeon he has some advantages so it does make you laugh. The story its self is your usual good guy bad guy scenario, good guy has to beat a enemy & win, of course it simple because of the kids. But i do like the idea how the bad guy used drones for his army, it reminded me of Spiderman Far From Home, almost like they actually got the idea from that film. br> I gave it a 7 as i like the idea with pigeons, i like Will Smith & i did laugh, but i won't rave about this film in the years to come.
