But look, there are high frequency noise makers all over big cities nowadays. They're designed to be annoying and keep loiterers away. If this is their weakness, millions of people would still be alive because they would have noticed this pretty much immediately. The U.S. military would have picked up on it and immediately killed all the creatures. The entire movie makes no sense.

2019 is really the year of sequels huh. I thought of what i call a Sound Trap, Im creative i know, It would be a trap, kind of a large ring, the creature would be led into the trap using sound, obviously, and the ring would trap it, so this is the sound part of the trap, there would be a large amoount of pressure plates, which if activated would play a sound out of a speaker at the opposite end of the ring, and they would be very small, and cover the whole surface of said trap, the creature would continue in an endless loop forever. i think. edit: i think its a smart idea to grow maize because they can make a bit of noise while growing, maybe allowing for whispering instead of sign language.
