I jumped up in fright and turned to see a man standing in front of the door. I opened my mouth to ask who he was.. what he wanted.. but he put his finger to his lips and said shhhh. He raised his arm and I saw the gun, and then I regretted not making the bathroom my first stop as I wet my pants. He walked towards me and as he did he made room for 2 other men to enter behind him. That's when I knew I was in a lot of trouble. The 2nd man to enter the room held a knife. It was huge. The blade curving terrifyingly. I learned later such a knife is called a panga. The 3rd man held a thick steel pipe. Please don't hurt me, I begged. The man with gun said they wouldn't, they just wanted money and for me to open the safe then we would go for a drive together. I told them I don't have a safe and knife guy hit me across the face with his fist. I fell to the ground and started crawling toward the bathroom. The guy with the knife said something to the others in a language I don't speak and they laughed and left the room. Knife guy leaned down and grabbed my hair yanking me to my feet and threw me into the bathroom. I hit the floor hard on my chest, knocking the air out of me. Knife guy started ranting about how I lied to them so now he has to teach me how to tell the truth, that I brought this on myself, they didn't come here to hurt me (although they had taken no precautions to disguise their features and didn't even wear gloves). I rolled over into my back and he was standing above me. I kicked out at him and hit his knee cap, he hissed and slashed at me with the knife catching my calf and splitting it open. I held up my arms to cover my head as he slashed at me again splitting my wrist and around into the back if my hand up to my index finger. I started to scream. He bent towards me, asked me if I was going to stop fighting him, I said No and kicked out at his face, hitting his chin, as he reeled backwards i tried to scoot backwards but my feet slipoed in the blood that was in the tiles from my leg and my wrist, I fell backwards hard enough to hit my head on the tiles, and he fell on top of me, his hands gripped my face over my eyes and my mouth, he lifted my head and slammed it down onto the tiles again.. and again and again.. things went gray.. little black dots.. fading away... I closed my eyes and it was immediate.. I was gone. It would have been awesome if it wasn't for the screaming.. god that screaming it just went on and on.. I opened my eyes and I realised the screaming was me. The knife running across my thigh.. my arms covered in multiple parallel lacerations.. he's screaming at me to stop to shut up to just let him do it and he knows I want it and suddenly his hand is on my throat.. I can't breath. The dots are back and I know what that means.. it means if I close my eyes now I can make it over. This isn't me bleeding and being raped on my bathroom floor. I'm inside my head and if I close my eyes now... I look into his eyes and I see how much he hates me. This man I've never met hates me... and suddenly I'm angry.. fucking furious. I know I'm going to die today but not like this.. not crying on a fucking bathroom floor waiting for someone to come and save me. I twisted my body to the side. He lost his grip on my throat and I could breathe. He tossed the knife to a side and bent down to grip my throat with both hands. As he came down I rammed my head up.. his nose shattered on my forehead hard enough that I really did see stars and split the skin open above my right eye, he rocked backwards and I rolled to the side pushing him off me, pushing myself to my knees and then to my feet I ran out the door, down the hall... my front door is standing open.. I'm free I'm in the driveway. An arm grabs my hair and I'm falling to the stones. Gun guy, his hand still full of my hair, is falling too. As we hit the ground the gun goes off. I scream so bad I couldn't talk above a whisper afterwards. I roll away from him.. the gun is on the floor I grab it.. He grabs for me and misses. I got to my feet I point the gun. He holds up his hands. The other 2 coming running out my front door, they see I have the gun, they turn and run back inside, gun guy lunges for me and I shot him he collapsed on the ground... He starts to crawl toward the house. I watch... wondering if I'm supposed to shoot him again or call an ambulance.. A car stops in the street, my father jumps out, he sees my face, sees im only wearing my PJ top and I'm covered in blood, sees the man crawling towards the house trailing blood. He knows what has happened.. he kicks gun guy in the head and he collapses. My dad took the gun from my hand, he told me to go to the car, he is going to kill him and he doesnt want me to see it.. go to the car, cover your eyes baby don't look.. I refused. I told him I was ok. That I knew I looked bad but some of the blood wasn't mine. I held his arm and refused to leave him alone until the police showed up. Some times, after I wake up from the nightmares, I wish I had let him kill him. My neighbour had heard my screaming and had called my dad, who lived 7kms away from me. He tried to call me and when I didn't answer had jumped in the car and driven over. The guy I shot survived. I shot his penis off, unintentionally, lucky shot but kind of fitting all things considered. He gave up his friends and all 3 were arrested and tried and sentenced to 23 years for rape and attempted murder. But something inside of me, the thing that made me ME closed her eyes on that bathroom floor and died. She didn't come back and I grieve for her.. I want her back. And now I spend every Friday the 13th hiding in my room like a scared little girl, wondering where they are and if I haunt them like they haunt me.

Feel free to add people this list. My criterias are the following: Skill: How skilled the streamer is at the game Charisma: How fun is he to watch? Does he answer viewers a lot? Does he have a lot of presence? Nice: How nice of a streamer is he? Does he try to please his viewers? Is he rude? Efficience: How easy is it to get your levels played by this streamer? Is his queue always full? Is he on often? So here is my list: PuffNStuff88 Skill: 8/10. Puff is really good at all kinds of levels, and he usually tries to complete your level. Charisma: 6/10. Puff answers his viewers very well, and he usually talks a lot. Efficience: 6/10. Puff gets a lot of request, so sometimes you have to wait a little, but you can post 2 levels at once, and he is very fast to clear them. He is also online a lot. Nice: 8/10. Puff is always very nice to his viewers, but he stays honest. If your level is really bad he will tell you. Total: 28/40 XMaoshi Skill: 6/10. Maoshi is sometimes really impressive, clearing some really hard levels (1% clear) on the first try. But he is not always consistent, and he sometimes will give up on harder levels. Charisma: 10/10. Maoshi is the funniest streamer i watch, i love his personality. Efficience: 7/10. Maoshi gets a good ammount of request, but the wait time isn't too bad because he's still a small streamer and he won't spend forever on 1 level. Nice: 9/10. Total: 32/40 Virus Skill: 10/10. This guy is simply the most skilled streamer i watch. I often submit the same levels to several streamers, and you can clearly see the difference with this guy. He is especially impressive if your level is something around 2% clear rate which can be speed run. Not only he first try clears them, but he makes those levels looks like a walk in the park. Charisma: 7/10. Its surprising how he does keep up with his chat very well even with 100 viewers. I think he can make his stream interesting too. Efficience: 2/10. he gets A LOT of request. He has a really good queue system, but you will generally have to wait at least a few days to get your levels played. Nice: 2/10. He can really be an asshole sometimes. He really says what he thinks about your levels, and he thinks most levels are trash. The key when watching this streamer is to not take it personnal. Total: 21/40 FamilyofGamerz Skill: 4/10. This is a stream done by 3 kids. These guys are surprisingly REALLY good for their age. The 4/10 is whitout considering how young they are. They would be a 10/10 for their age. I have seen them beat really hard stages with clear rates below 1%. Charisma: 8/10. They can actually be really entertaining. Always crazy to see the sister hug her brothers when they finally beat a level. Efficience: 5/10. They're starting to have a lot of viewers, but they keep up with their queue pretty well. Nice: 10/10. Really really nice people there. There is no way you could ever be offended by them. Total: 27/40 LiquidGoose Skill: 1/10. Goose doesn't really try his best at all time, he doesn't take himself seriously. He generally won't beat your level if the clear rate is below 5%. But he will try to. Goose is a bit of a try hard for this. He talks ALL THE TIME and his interaction with viewers is crazy. Efficience: 8/10. He is a very small streamer, so getting him to play your level is usually easy. But he sometimes spends a lot of time on a single level, so sometimes it can take longer because of that. Really really nice to everyone. Always does cool comments in your levels. Will even star the worst levels possible.... Total: 28/40 SoulCatcher Skill: 5/10. I would say he is consistent. Will generally not fail most levels. Charisma: 5/10. Interacts with his chat a lot! Efficience: 7/10. It can go fairly fast for your first level of the day, because he will skip past every else for you. The problem is once he has played 1 of your levels, you might wait for a while. soul is nice to his viewers. Total: 25/40 GiyGasBlue (i totally mispelled it) Skill: 7. 5/10. He will rage if he sees i put him a bit below PuffnStuff, but i think hes a little less good. Giygas interacts a lot with the chat and i feel like hes fairly entertaining. Efficience: 5. Giygas has a lot of viewers and he isn't online that often recently, so it can sometimes take a bit longer to get levels played. Giygas is always pretty nice with viewers. Total: 28/40 SlickGamer Skill: 5/10. He is good at the game. Charisma: 3/10. Slick plays on his gamepad, and he does efforts to read the chat but obviously its not perfect. He is not always talking. He is a small streamer and he has a good pace, so its generally easy to get your levels played Nice: 9/10. Slick is a really nice streamer, i love him Total: 23/40 MidlyManiacal Skill: 7/10. Midly is pretty good at this game, and the cool thing is if he likes your level, you can send the same level to him every times and he will try his best to eventually beat it. Midly usually streams with his GF and he has a fairly entertaining "frustrated" style. He is also fairly nice to chat to. Efficience: 4/10. maniacal has very large queue usually, and he won't play more than 1 of your levels Nice: 6/10. He can be really nice if you send him a decent level, but if you send him garbage, he won't pretend its good! In this report I will be guiding you through my journey from what I learned since the beginning till December 2014 when I was weighing about 85 kg to September 2015 where I competed for the very first time for our nationals in men’s physique up to 1. 74m. Background Back in the days I used to do some weightlifting and boxing in high school and at the beginning of my college years. I never had a proper diet or lifting goals thus my results were never satisfactory which was the reason I always stopped working out. In my last years of college a good friend of mine encouraged me to start working out again but this time we were going to have lifting programs with proper bodybuilding diets in attempt to gain some muscles. I was 22 years old at the time and I literally had no knowledge regarding bodybuilding as a whole. My first inspiration to achieve a great body was Aziz Shavershian better known as Zyzz may he rip. I read his Zyzz bible which explained some basic information about workouts and diets which at that time was pretty eye opening. I began eating bodybuilding foods (rice and chicken) and I bought my first protein powder and this miracle stuff called creatine. At the same time I just broke up with my girlfriend and I used all that frustration and focused it all into bodybuilding. During the first year of lifting weights I was gaining a lot of muscle and after my first cut ever I saw huge muscle development in my upper body and lower body. I had fairly low body fat when I first began so cutting after gaining some muscle was pretty easy. I don’t recall much what my routine and diets were but I ate healthy and with a fair amount of protein thus body fat was minimal. After this my lifestyle was pretty much working out, attending college, party in the weekends, thus living a normal student life. With each year I was bulking and cutting but I didn't see much improvement. I’ve also tried countless approaches at working out and diets during the course of 2 years. Going into my third year the same friend which was my gym partner advised me to start counting calories and doing this so called macros. This was a very hard thing to do because I was too comfortable eating whatever I thought was healthy and with no restrictions on the amounts. I first started using to count the calories and I used an analog food scale which was pretty inaccurate and annoying to use. Later I switched to myfitnesspal and upgraded to a digital food scale. I struggled with this new way of eating at first because I didn’t see food anymore as just food but instead I saw them as carbohydrates, fats, and protein. After a whole year of trial and error and researching online I developed a system for bulking up. I would only count the necessary protein for muscle development (1 gram per pound of bodyweight) but I would eat anything that came at me (eyeballing the macros of course). So I did a dirty bulk for a year where I gained a lot of strength but also a lot of fat and a fair amount of muscles. I don’t think this way was the right way to go but I just didn’t have the patience to keep tracking macros at a surplus of my maintenance calories. It was hard to reach 3000 calories (maintenance + 500 surplus) with ease anyway thus I didn't bother being very accurate. I felt comfortable eating this way and my lifts were progressing which for me was the most important thing. Normally after a cutting phase I would lose more than 25% of my strength. This really troubled me because I had to start all over again when I wanted to bulk up. So after some research I came across an article that explained why it was important to keep lifting as heavy as you can while you are on a deficit. This made a lot of sense to me so I kept lifting as heavy as I could regardless of how low the rep ranges were. During the first few weeks of the competition prep I didn’t notice any loss in strength but the opposite; I was increasing my weights during the first few weeks. It all started to come down when I started to get very lean which was around 1 month out from my competition. All my weights remained the same; the only thing that changed was the rep range. If I used to be able to lift a certain weight for 5 reps instead I was managing to do 4. This had little to no effect on my ego and lifts and I was happy doing lower volume but with higher weights during my cutting phase. Dirty Bulk to Competition Ready During my 3rd year I decided to bulk up as much as I could. I wasn’t reaching 3k calories by just eating healthy foods so I started to eat whatever I could get my hands on. After a while I developed this system were I would eyeball the macros of certain foods and try to fit them in my 3000 calories diet. This may have not been the best approach because it wasn’t very accurate but it sure did the trick. I was gaining weight exponentially and I didn’t hold back regardless of the fat percentage I had (Picture in the appendix December 2014). The reason to have chosen this road was due to not having the perfect sets of deltoids. I was always gifted with a huge chest but in comparison to the rest of my body it made everything look small. In order to fix the ratio between my chest and deltoids I thought bulking up and smashing my deltoids was the only way to go. I changed my routine in such a way that I would hit deltoids 2 to 3 times a week. I focused mainly on doing side raises using machines, dumbbells or cables. My deltoids sure got bigger but they still weren’t popping out and always had a small look in comparison to my huge lower chest. The dirty bulk basically fixed certain weak points of my physique but I would never be satisfied with the ratio. My main lifts during this period were flat bench press, overhead press, weighted pull ups, deadlifts and back squats. I followed a 5x5 program using progressive overload system and tried increasing the weights every 1 to 2 weeks. I combined this form of strength training with a bit of hypertrophy when I was doing accessory exercises. I went from 75 kg to 85 kg within a year. I planned on reaching 90 kg but at the end of December 2014 I got very sick with a severe throat infection and I couldn’t eat anything for 2 weeks. I lost about 5 kg in less than 2 weeks. In the beginning of January 2015 I started to eat again and tried to gain my weight back but it was already March and I wanted to look lean for the summer. I gained about 3 kg in 3 months and decided to start cutting at the end of March. Getting Summer Ready When I first entered the cutting phase I was weighing 83 kg. I calculated my maintenance and decided I would eat at a deficit of 2000 calories to begin with. My protein intake would be 83kgs x 2. 2lbs= 183 gram of protein. At the time I thought this was too much and I did not need that much protein as my carbs intake was fairly high. So i multiplied this amount with 0. 9 which would be 0. 9 x 183 = 165 grams of protein. I established that I would eat between 50 and 60 grams of fat per day as this amount would not affect my health in a negative way. After establishing these amounts I would subtract their total calories from the 2000 calories and the remaining calories would be consumed as carbs. So it would be (165 grams of protein x 4 = 660 calories) + (60 grams of fat x 9 = 540 calories) = 1200 calories. These 1200 calories has to be subtracted from 2000 calories and the remaining amount has to be divided by 4 in order to get the amount of carbs for the day. Thus 2000 calories - 1200 = 800 calories / 4 would be 200 grams of carbs. I calculated my maintenance according to my height, weight, and age and activity level which was 2500 calories. I then subtracted 500 calories as the deficit from 2500 and started the cutting phase by eating 2000 calories with my macros calculated as 200 grams of carbs, 60 grams of fat and 165 grams of protein. I applied intermittent fasting (IF) and if it fits your macros (IIFYM) as this was a very flexible kind of diet. I made sure I had an eating window of 8-10 hours. I would break my fast around 1pm or 2pm and eat during this period until 8pm or 10 pm depending on my gym schedule for that day. I ate all kinds of foods as long as they fitted in my macros.
