　For Windows 11, it was changed so that it always talks with the pinned items backend from the Windows 11 menu, rather than the Windows 10 one.
　StartDocked::ShouldUseStartDocked` function that queries the famous `Start_ShowClassicMode` registry entry). I will implement code in the coming pre-release to have ExplorerPatcher use this older DLL which will enable pinning to Start to work again from File Explorer, for example.
