Every actor to play the role has had this look in their eyes, this incredible sparkle, it's a look of mischief, it's a look of love, it's a look of loss. Even the Classic Who doctors had this look and tbh idk how it's done I just know it when I see it. I haven't seen that twinkle in Jodie yet but I hope it'll come soon, shes a good doctor nonetheless and this Mystical twinkle certainly isn't a defining factor of a doctor, I just think its something casting directors should look for.
