Doctor who movie tickets. I have watched Dr Who forever but now I am thinking if I can continue watching all this PC based nonsense. The writing sucks.

I like Jodie Whittaker and I'm all for representing diversity and equality but she's simply not bringing a commanding enough performance bring it off. It's looking like she was miscast. Ok, it might be the scripts which is just ludicrously unhelpful but having seen her in other stuff, she tends to play vulnerable types. The other Doctors were dominating characters who you have confidence in they know what they are doing. In this season Jodie's much more passive than she could be. The companions are elevated to semi-equal status which is laughable - it's called Dr Who, not "Dr Who and some random people off the street. Thinking back at others, the one person who I think would have been very acceptable as the Dr to the viewing public is John Barrowman - he's got history with the Doctor. I would have thought something like Thandie Newton as Missy and John as the Doc with a more aggressive and dynamic script, far less PC nonsense, more aliens and more bangs and flashes could bring it back.

They could retcon the entire time line and all the Doctor's memories if that's the case. But I think rather Ruth will be an regeneration after Hartnell and probably fits in somewhere in between two of the Classic Doctors. Based on the ship design, I definitely place her before the new series and probably before the movie too. My guess would be that something happened during the Doctor's time as Ruth that involve her own future to the extent that at the point of regeneration she could not retain the memories of the entire time she was Ruth.

Matt was such a good Doctor. Doctor who movie 123. Garbage we no it & the BBC no it how the hell does this get 8.5. Last year when this aired I left to go use the party i was with watching this started screaming... i finish up, walk back downstairs and I missed this scene. Power rangers best. Honestly, all the regenerations are very sad but for me, the 2nd Doctor's one hurts really hard. Let me explain : He lost the person he loved and who followed him in all of his adventures and learned that Jamie would never remember him and, after that, he was executed by the Time Lords, begging them not to kill him. Doctor who movie 2018. Not gonna lie, this scene alone is beautiful. Not just with the CGI but the true chaotic nature of the Master gave me a visual representation that the Time Lords really are their own enemy. And seeing The Doctor and The Master talking was really a chill down a spine because we know it isn't fun and games anymore and the valeyard is still in there somewhere but the doctor's care and respect for the universe is too strong. plus the tardis spinning fast was epic to see again like in the Tennant era.
