OS build 22000.739　the OS language change from ITA to ENG.
People had reported the same issue in 22H2 check the Explorer Patcher thread.
The guy has problems with Dutch arbitrarily changing to English in Explorer context menus.

First try to do all available updates. Usually any bug fixes after all updates are installed. Then try to install Explorer Patcher. .. The most useful feature is that is ungroups the power/network.audio icons so you can then apply any customization which is ignored with the icons grouped.

Is it actually reinstating old taskbar, or emulating old taskbar ?

I have no idea but it works. Every option from the old taskbar works, and its customisable again

ExplorerPatcher enables the Win-X menu on supported OS builds. .. calling dormant functionality that's still in there in the system files. So it's the original Win-X menu from Windows 10.
Regarding the taskbar, it's the OC one that's still in there in explorer.exe. .. including presenting the old taskbar ..
Some time ago I enabled a working Windows 10 menu in ExplorerPatcher. The menu is actually the Microsoft implemented Start menu from Windows 10. It still ships in Windows 11, it just needed to be called instead of the new one .. ..

　The menu is broken since forever. Since no one reads the docs (maybe it's just the classic lack of published symbols) / takes the time to update accounting for the change/provide an open Win-X rewrite, ..
　I still wonder if this is a symbols-related issue, no one mentions that. ..

　.. explore patcher has bugs that crash explorer and sometimes at unistall keeps the settings and mess with os didnt fix that still and allstartback is nice buck the dark mode for run and control panel looks awful plus misses the most importand staff...

it's not a windows problem. The update creates an incompatibility with Explorer Patcher ..
Just need to uninstall this software until the author fixes this problem
