I suppose that you are confusing several terms, “Ban”, “blacklist” and “penalty”. “Banned” means forbidden the access to a game by administration of Square-Enix. “Blacklist” means the list of persons who were forbidden the access to this wiki community by administration of this site often because of fraud in trade or possession of multiple accounts. “Penalty”, in this case, time-limited　prohibition to post on wiki threads because you did not make a new thread although you posted 950th in last thread. What you did wrong is Not having put up the next thread though you wrote in the 950th comment. You must receive a penalty but you are NOT banned. And you are NOT put in a blacklist.
