徐々に進行する痴呆　a gradually progressive dementia
変動する認知機能　fluctuations in cognitive functions
持続し、形態がはっきりとした幻覚　persistent,well-formed visual hallucinations
はっきりとした原因のなく生じる運動性パーキンソニズム　spontaneous motor features of pakinsonism

他の特徴として・・・何回も転倒すること（repeated falls),失神（syncope)、抗精神病薬への敏感さ（sensitivity to neuroleptic medications),妄想（delusions)、視覚以外の幻覚（hallucinations in non visual modes)、レム期における行動異常（REM sleep dehavior disorders)、うつ（depression)

Alzheimerとの違い(dementia with lewy bodiesで認めるもの）

夜間十分な睡眠をとっているにもかかわらず、昼間にねむけがくること

夜７時前の昼間の２〜３時間の睡眠
