Using a transceiver without the technical standards compliance mark● means that you are operating an unlicensed radio station in violation of the Radio Act.
技適マーク●のないトランシーバーを使用することは、電波法に違反する無免許無線局を運用することになります。

As such, an unlicensed radio station may adversely affect critical radio communications of airline, fire fighting, emergency service, broadcasts and so on by disrupting or interfering with their transmissions.
無認可の無線局は、航空会社、消防、緊急サービス、放送などの重要な無線通信に対して、送信の中断や干渉による悪影響を与える可能性があります。
