Prologue:The Beginning （１／３）
In an age long past...
evil flooded over the land.
Creatures awash in the dark
tide ran wild, pushing mankind
to the brink of annihilation.
悪が大陸にはびこった時代は過ぎ去った。
闇の中であふれ生き物は風のように消えた。
人類は、滅亡の瀬戸際で生き残った。
In its despair.mankind
appealed to the heavens, and
from a blinding light came hope.
絶望の中、人類は天に訴え
光の中から希望を見出しました。
The Sacred Stones
聖なる石
These five glorious treasures
held the power to dispel evil.
これら５つの聖石は
悪を退ける力を持つ。
The hero Grado and his warriors
used the Sacred Stones to combat.
evel's darkness. They defeated
the Demon King and sealed his
soul away within the stones.
英雄グラドと彼の戦士たちは聖石を使い
闇の軍団と戦いました。
彼らは魔王を打ち倒し
魔王の魂を聖石の中に封印しました。
With the darkness imprisoned.
peace returned to Magvel.
闇は閉ざされ
マギヴェル大陸に平和が戻りました。
But this peace would not last...
しかし、平和は続きませんでした。
The continent of Magvel.

456 years ago, the twin of Renais
completely destroyed the Demon King.
４５６年前、レナスの双子が
魔王を完全に倒しました。
The Demon King was never to return,
and thus Magvel would have peace.
魔王は復活することはなかった。
そのためマギヴェル大陸は平和が続いていた。
This was surely the case for 456 years
until a new evil came across the land.
この戦争は456年間、この大陸に新しい悪が
現れるまでのお話です。
Ecactly one year ago, this evil came
to the continent of Magvel.
ちょうど一年前、マギヴェル大陸に
この邪悪がやってきました。
This evil was none other than Sephiroth.
この邪悪はセフィロスに他ありません。
Sephiroth had failed in his previous scheme
to conquer existence by conquering time.
セフィロスは時間を征服して存在も征服する
以前のやり方では失敗した
Failing in his plans to conquer all existence,
Sephiroth learned the reasons for his fiascos.
すべての存在を支配する計画が失敗したことで
セフィロスは失敗の理由を学びました。
The path to conquering existence was not
through time, but through dimensions.
存在を征服する道はない、時間を経て
しかし次元を通じて
Sephiroth learned that to conquer all,he
had to gather the strongest warriors of
all worlds and desroy them.
セフィロスは
全ての世界の最強の戦士を収集し破壊することが
全てを支配することだと学びました。
It was then that existence had no protection.
その存在は保護されません。
Thus,from the lifestream, Sephiroth used his
remaining power to transfer these warrious
to the continent of Magvel.
このように、ライフストリームから
セフィロスはマギヴェル大陸に戦士たちを
転送するために残りの力を使いました。
Sephiroth was not intending to fail.
This time, he put his arrogance aside and
also summoned all the evils from those worlds
to aid him in his plot dominate existence.
セフィロスは失敗するつもりはない、
今回、彼は自惚れを捨てて、
彼の支配存在計略の支援のために
それらの世界から邪悪を召還した。
That was one year ago...
