enter nor leave its borders.

He would hace used that power long
ago if it was that simple though.
Warping people doesn't only
take massive amounts of ether,
but also the skill to control the
flow of all that ether at once.
I don't believe he can use his magic
on such a large scale as he pleases.
Even Galagar must have his limits...
