- 1. Please sign into your account.
- Please remember that you MUST sign into your account before you add items to your shopping cart;
- otherwise, you will not be able to enjoy the wholesale price for your order.
- 2. Please add the item you would like to purchase in your shopping cart.
- 3. Please go through the checkout procedure. Please be sure to reconfirm the shipping details, and select the options which are most suitable for you during check out.
- 4. Once the checkout procedure is completed, you will be given an order number and the TT payment details.
- Please make the payment to the bank account information provided.
- It is crucial to keep the correct paymentinformation as otherwise we will not be able to receive the payment.
- 5. Once the payment is completed, please send us the order number along with the TT receipt and we will reserve the items for you.
- 6. Your payment information will be forwarded to our accounting department for confirmation.
- After the payment has been received, we will continue to process the order for you.
- *Please note that processing time for backorder and JIT items would be longer than other.
- If you need the order urgently, please place a separate order for these items.
- 7. We will continue to process the order and inform you of the shipping quote/ arrange a pick up appointment with your forwarder company once the packaging procedures have been completed.
